The place is in the heart of Cairo, short distance to restaurants and cafes. The room was quiet big and comfortable and the staff were friendly and prompt. The hotel, however, need to have more attention to the internet which was not very stable and to the breakfast buffet which may need more varieties in hot food and beverages.

The so-called "pyramid side view" room actually only offers a city view. You can't see the pyramids from the room at all. To catch a glimpse, you have to lean out the window, and even then, you'll only see a tiny fraction of them. So, the hotel is dishonest and deceptive. The service at the hotel itself was very good. However, I am lowering my rating because the hotel driver was terrible. I used their driver, paid $20, and went on a tour of Cairo city.
