Cairo, 3CFM+J67, Ring Rd, Mirage City, 11757 Nyu Kayro Siti, El-Kahira, Egipet (17 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is 20 years old but well-maintained. The service is very enthusiastic; they'll even make a special trip for a single person for airport transfers. There are also many restaurants inside, and the prices are reasonable. The only downside is that the Asian restaurant's food is just so-so.
Extremely satisfied with the trip!
Great place with an old-money vibe. The service was also very proactive and enthusiastic.
They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great Marriott standard. The interior is massive, almost like a maze. While the hotel is a bit older, it's maintained better than other older establishments. They've even updated to three-prong outlets and added USB charging ports. Although it's right next to the highway and you'll need a taxi to get around, there's a convenience store at the gas...
Super cold hotel and they are in need of a renovation. Sound proofing is very bad and you can hear everything. Clean and location is near to the airport and the festival mall.
The hotel was very delightful! The staff were helpful and the facilitates were immaculate. Overall, it was a nice place. Try the pool, Asian restaurant, and mini beach!

I had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis. The entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Exceptional Stay at The St. Regis
Our stay at The St. Regis was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference.
We were even assigned a personal butler, a wonderful touch and a reflection of the hotel’s exceptional level of service. While we...
The smell of renovation is too strong and the formaldehyde level is too high.
Excellent stay, highly recommend the hotel. Flawless service, amenities, beautiful scenery
A very nice hotel, with attentive staff.
The breakfast is quite good.
Title: Unparalleled Luxury and Impeccable Service at St. Regis Cairo
Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)
Review:
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis Cairo during my visit to this magnificent city, and I must say that it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the grandeur and elegance of the hotel, and every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations...

The lobby is huge, and the rooms are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The Wi-Fi speed is decent and generally meets basic needs. There's a mall about a ten-minute walk away with plenty of dining options.
The room had an access to the pool directly which is nice. Only bad thing was people smoke all over the hotel making it so unpleasant. Everywhere in the world, people are not allowed to smoke inside hotels.
So clearly not for people who have wheezing or asthma. Management should seriously look into this. Other than that all staff were very nice. Ashraqqat and also bfast staff are all very nice....
The hotel is ok, but a bit expensive for an average hotel. Would probably choose other hotel with a better location next time.
Very nice experience and a very comfortable hotel!

Excellent stay with outstanding services, but to pay for car parking while you are a guest for 6 days , it is really very confusing. However, I recommend to stay in such place, but try to find another place to park your car overnight.
The staff were excellent, very welcoming and genuinely customer focused. We were greeted by Mr Ahmed at the reception, who was exceptionally polite, kind and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured we were comfortable, and patiently answered all our questions, which made the overall experience very pleasant and reassuring.
Had a wonderful stay there for a week for a wedding. Location is great (near airport and close proximity to different popular areas in Cairo). Mr Hany Khalaf was very helpful and courteous and the hotel staff were all very professional. Also great service at the buffet restaurant and particular from Mr Tamer who was very helpful, especially when we were at the restaurant with our child and baby. Great...
Amazing stay. The Renaissance team works around the clock to make every guest feel comfortable and truly looked after. I also want to acknowledge a few people who genuinely made a difference during my stay—Tamer, Mariam at the buffet, Peter and Ahmed from housekeeping/room service, Mina and Mr. Mohamed Abdelkhalek at the front office, as well as Habiba and Amgad. Their warmth and professionalism really...
A perfect stay, highly recommended! On the first night, we had a problem with the toilet flush—it was broken and the toilet kept running. Even though it was evening, the reception immediately sent a technician who fixed it, so great service. And the breakfast was absolutely perfect—an incredible selection.

"Excellent service and the security here is top-notch; I felt very safe throughout my stay. However, the cleanliness in the rooms could be improved. With better hygiene standards, this would be a perfect 5-star experience." Meena magdy
Amazing experience! The service was excellent, very friendly and professional. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and how helpful the staff were. Highly recommended for solo travellers or anyone looking for a relaxing stay
I stayed here recently for a work trip and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, and the room was exactly what I needed—calm and cozy. The breakfast was perfect for starting the day, and the crew was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended
The hotel has an excellent location next to City Stars Mall and very close to the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The service is excellent, and the staff are courteous and helpful - especially Mr. Youssef Moataz-. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Mss. Sarah was very delightful to meet at the reception on our day of arrival. Very helpful and pleasant to talk to. All of the staff is also very friendly and attentive at all times. If you’re looking for one continental cuisine besides Egyptian food. The food in all the restaurants is worth trying.
Very nice hotel. Clean and respectful. Especially the reception staff. Friendly and quick service.
What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. The staff were always friendly and eager to assist with any requests, making us feel valued as guests
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in.
Almost goods
But location not very good as this high price
I must say that the service in the Baron hotel Cairo was exceptional. All the staff members from the front entrance to the restaurant staff, to the front desk and with special emphasis on one particular room service girl, Jakline, who was very, kind, respectful, humble and always spoke with a sweet smile and personality.
One small recommendation is to improve the elevator time and speed. It is too...

Great hotel and good location near to downtown and restaurants
This is a 5-star hotel in the old city. Getting a taxi can involve a wait, and crossing the bridge often means traffic jams, which can be an issue if you have a lot of work in New Cairo. The surrounding area has a lively, local feel, making it more suitable for tourists heading to Giza. The breakfast was decent, and I really liked the gym. The hotel has a lot of rooms, and while the facilities aren...
Nice hotel with excellent services and the food is excellent. Very friendly staff. Only thing about the hotel is it’s location other than that recommended
The hotel feels very safe, and the security measures are reassuring, which I appreciated. However, the property is quite old and would benefit from renovation. Some of the cups and bed linens were not very clean, which was disappointing. In addition, the check-in process took much longer than expected.
Overall, it’s acceptable if safety is your top priority, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness...
It is really an excellent hotel, in a quite area. Rooms are very clean, the food is excellent, with an abundant breakfast buffet, and the staff always perfect. Everytime I travel to Cairo, I enjoy staying in Safir hotel, it's an important part of my experience in Cairo.
Location is ok, good options for food or shopping. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is really great. Bit of a downside that the wellness area (sauna, steam and hottub) is divided to male and female section (which was a bit unexpected for us). Gym is really well equipped.

Spent a night. Room is small and rather dark.
It wasn't clean. Room wasn't prepared well.
No bathroom towels.
Housekeeping staff couldn't understand English well.
Pleasant surprise to have dinner and breakfast included.
Lobby and grounds are lovely, well kept.
Location is ideal near airport. Free airport shuttle shuttle half hour was an advantage.
The room was spacious and close to the airport, which was great.
The hotel needs to up their game, I was allocated a room at check in which had already been occupied by another guest, you could imagine the surprise of myself and the guest when I tried to open the room at midnight. The reception gave me an upgrade, but the room wasn’t very clean it had stains in a lot of places, packaging of the tooth brush look like they date from the times of the Pharaoh.
It was really great everything, recommended.

The environment is great, and I really love the hotel's garden. Staying in this kind of hotel for 500 RMB is only possible in Egypt. It's a genuine vacation experience. The hotel is mainly frequented by Europeans and Americans, and the guests are of good quality. The refrigerator has plenty of drinks and snacks, but you have to pay extra (be careful, it's in Euros € 😂).
Highly recommended hotel!
The hotel is a resort with a pleasant environment, featuring date palm trees and various flowers and plants.

A very nice stay here, my fourth or fifth actually.
It was ruined by a very rude handling of my departure.
I exceeded my late checkout by 1 hour and 15 minutes.

When I came down again to give the key I was charged 40 usd .
Which is understandable, except that I have stayed in this hotel...
The hotel is right by the Nile, and since we had a private car, I'm not sure about public transport access. The facilities are a bit old, and the hygiene isn't great; the carpets looked dusty. I always leave feeling cared for, rested, and looking forward to returning.
I had dinner at osmanly restaurant. They had 2 options of a set menu. Lamb or chicken.
The starters were ok, then the lentil soup was kind of acceptable but definitely could be better.

Very well located in the heart of zamalek cairo! Easy access to to everything and everywhere
