Only came to dine after exploring the Grand Bazaar. The reception desk was so kind and accommodating. Our waiter, Mohammed K was the best- attentive, great recommendations on food options and made for an overall wonderful experience. In the heart of Khedive Cairo, a somewhat old building but still intact, the rooms are fairly clean, my room came with a balcony, the staff is not bad in treating customers, the room does not include breakfast, but breakfast can be bought at a reasonable price from the nearby shops, there are a lot of Local restaurants and international chains of restaurants such as McDonald's and KFC.

It’s def not the ritz but the staff is very kind. I’ve stayed in a lot worse places over the years but they could def improve on cleanliness. The bathroom smelled terrible. The hotel is old but the staff was nice. There were no towels in the room. In order to go to the front desk at check-in, you have to climb the stairs to the 4th floor.

Good room with affordable cost but the room needs some fixes and cleaning, the closed is literally broken and you have a stupid chair too, I don't know why they don't fix these small things, they won't cost them more than $60 or so, and the same for the bathroom, it just needs some small fixes, that's all.

It was a pleasant stay . Had booked and paid online. The room was clean and tidy. Nour was present at the reception and she was very helpful. I left the luggage after checkout with them as wanted to tour the city for a few hours. Will surely stay with them again soon. Go for it .

They opened a new branch in Adly Yaken street so we had to try it. It's suitable for short stay. It's smaller than the other branch and the rooms are smaller too. We asked for an airport pick up but our flight was delayed so they left, we had to wait an hour for them to come back. Excellent stay at the Pearl Hotel for six nights. The perfect location, incredibly comfortable and spotless room, and truly wonderful staff made it an ideal home base. The little touches, made all the difference. Highly recommend for any extended visit.

Entering the hotel lobby, you feel old Cairo and you could see who stayed there in the 60’s and 70’s. If you want to really experience Cairo you have to stay downtown Cairo and at the old hotels. The hospitality of the staff may not be 5star, but it is certainly genuine.

The room is relatively large, but it is difficult to find. It is next to a large carousel, so if you take a taxi, it is best to locate the pharmacy. Otherwise, it will be difficult to park and find the hair dryer. You have to go to the front desk to get it.

Room didn’t have tools, shower no curtain, make sure to have your own soap and shampoo. Room was extremely cheap, and was worth the price.

The photos of the room shown were completely different from the actual room. The owner of the inn? spoke fluent Japanese and offered tours and taxis, but when I refused, he became extremely grumpy.

Set in the heart of Cairo town though in an old structure, this hotel has experienced and well mannered staff that ensure that the rooms remain sparkling clean. Besides, the facilities are working effectively and despite the bursting of the environment, the rooms are serene.

This place is bare minimum and between the street noise and the packs of dogs that bark all night long it is hard to get rest. Generally speaking, the location is not easy to find. It is located on the edge of the commercial street in the city center. It can be a bit noisy at night, but it is convenient for shopping and suitable for people who want to buy. The price/performance ratio is okay.

Tha property has been refurbished but it has lost its old charm and its old management and staff. The airport pick up didn't work which was a bit of a hussle but at least the staff at the reception desk apologized.
