Great service all around the hotel is spotless, the food hits, and having multiple restaurants inside is a huge plus. There are also tons of cafes and dining spots right nearby, so you’re never short on options. Enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and clean, the decor was fine, and the beds are comfortable. The pool is very good and it's heated, but it is very crowded as people just come in the afternoon and evenings for swimming lessons. It's a good place to go with kids. The staff were mostly nice. 5 is in a secluded part of Cairo. We arrived in the middle of renovation. Rooms are small and not very clean. Food un restaurant good but service is very slow and staff is confused and come to ask for your order multiple times. We stayed there for 3 nights and visited restaurant frequently.

The rooftop is really crowded on weekends. The view is good but honestly I’ve seen rooftops with better views in downtown. The food was and drinks were good and the service was fine. The bathroom wasn’t clean but I guess because the place was crowded when I visited.

The place is very cozy, especially with the pharaonic atmosphere all around. Beer and food very simple and related to local vibes and tastes. I enjoyed my time there. I only didn’t like the toilet:)

The hotel is in a quiet alley, and many Europeans and Americans traveling to Egypt like to stay in this neighborhood. There is a cafe downstairs, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The decoration of the room is a bit old, especially the air conditioning equipment is noisy.

Hotel is not ethical. They will confirm the booking and during checkin they will offer another nearby hotel saying that this hotel is over booked. The offered hotel will be of same group but interior and with bad views. They will say that airport transfers will be provided as compensation. I noticed this for many guests during check in. Please avoid this hotel. Their Manager is number one cheater.

From the arrival till checkout, we had great experience with panorama view of Giza pyramid in the morning breakfast at panorama view pyramids hotel. It is just a few dozen meters from the east gate of the pyramid. The environment around the pyramid is very poor, but the hotel is quite warm inside. There are cute parrots and puppies. The boss is very enthusiastic and sent extra breakfast. The rooftop balcony has a beautiful view of the pyramid.

The room is spacious but old; it is close to the entrance of the Giza Pyramids, less than 100 meters away, so it is acceptable to stay for one night just to see the pyramids. The front desk lady is very beautiful, and her brother is very enthusiastic. There is a restaurant on the rooftop, and it is also very pleasant to dine while admiring the pyramids in the distance.

Great location if you want to go to visit the Pyramids, but not much else to positive about it. The breakfast was very limited and not really fresh. The hotel itself is very outdated and my girlfriend didn't really feel safe around all the men working there and staring constantly so we didn't feel like trying the pool. I was initially hesitant because of some older bad reviews, but I’m glad I gave this place a chance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It seems like the management has really improved things. I had a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to others now.

I didn't check in the hotel itself, but I did go to its Restaurant & Cafè , which was trash, the place literally had trash all over the floor, also the tables & chairs weren't very clean. The prices were crazy, but I guess that's normal for a hotel.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Good air conditioning too and also hot water! Rooms are small but this is fine because when in Egypt you want to go see the ancient sites, not spend all day inside :)
