The hotel has beautiful grounds. A lot of tourists among Europeans. Recommend for relaxation and business meetings.

Consists of one-storied main building (reception), a complex of single storey bungalows and two 2-storey buildings.

Despite seeing King rooms still available for booking on various websites, the staff insisted they were 'fully booked' and forced us into a double room at the furthest end of the hotel. They promised to check and call us back in 5 minutes, but they ignored us until we called them 10 minutes later. When we confronted them about the delay and asked, 'Are you kidding me?' the staff member actually replied 'Yes.' It was an eye-opening level of disrespect. While the manager was proactive and managed to 'find' us a King room immediately after our complaint, the initial service from the reception was absolutely unacceptable.
At the same time, the facilities are really old in this hotel, they seems like they should not appears in this century. Also, event it is far from the downtown, the parking fee is 150 pounds per night per car! This is the most expensive parking fee I have ever seen through the whole Egypt! And they must check your car's license, and even your driving license and take photo of them when you driving to it.
DO NOT choose this hotel anymore!
Less choices for room service and only one restaurant on site.
The water pressure is bad and the electricity sockets was badly placed.
