Some of the reception staff aren’t professional enough to handle 4 stars hotel even ..
Will stay again
The food was very good, the hall was beautiful, and the organization was excellent.
All the staff members were very polite and professional, which I really appreciated.
However, there were two issues that really disappointed me:
1. I wasn’t given a room to get ready with my wife and daughter, even though I was willing to pay extra for it.
2. The biggest problem was how I was treated when I arrived to collect my 15,000 EGP decoration deposit. The interaction was very unpleasant and left a bad impression.
Because of that experience, I honestly wouldn’t choose the hotel again for any future events — which is unfortunate, because everything else was great.
