Important note: Book this hotel and be prepared to call the police.
Service: The service is absolutely terrible!!! Because the hotel is located in a remote area, there are many unemployed people operating paid horse-drawn carriages around it, all in cahoots with the hotel. The hotel staff will use intimidation tactics, telling you that if you don't pay $100 to take this paid carriage, the path from the hotel to the main road will be extremely dangerous!!! Then, when you try to check out, they will block the door and force you to take the carriage to the pyramids. Finally, you have no choice but to pay them to take you to the pyramids, and then the hotel charges you cash again, claiming your credit card transaction failed. Essentially, the hotel staff stole your credit card again, and you didn't even end up at the pyramid's main entrance. Later, when you checked your ID, you found out what the pyramid's main entrance and the official free shuttle bus are like…
Facilities: The rooms are extremely poor, some even lack door locks!!! I'm not sure if the most expensive room with a view of the pyramids is the same as the promotional pictures, but if you book the cheaper one, after being intimidated by the hotel, you won't be able to lock your room, and you'll have a sleepless night. Whatever you do, do not book this hotel!! !
Environment: Don't be fooled by the photos. This hotel is extremely dilapidated and located in a very remote area. The entrance was littered with horse manure, cigarette butts, and sleazy *****. There were no restaurants nearby, only a terrible Yemeni takeout place and a KFC. Perhaps because it was dark, we didn't dare go out. We've never stayed in such a horrible place before. Seriously, please don't book here. If you absolutely must, our experience from our seven-day trip to Egypt tells us that if you encounter any unfair treatment, call the police immediately. Their tourist police can usually resolve some issues. This was our hotel on the first day. If you go there with the same old Chinese "benevolent" attitude, you'll definitely suffer a great loss. + К сожалению пишу отзыв только сейчас, все никак руки не доходили. Была в отеле в марте 2025г. Отель очень хороший. Номер чистый, все необходимое есть. Находится буквально в 2-х шагах от пирамид. Отличный вид на плато Гизы с верхней террасы, где подают завтрак. Я приехала рано утром, голодная, не хотелось бегать искать ресторан, а заселяться было еще рано. Спросила на ресепшене можно ли у них позавтракать. Они были так любезны что проводили меня на верхнюю террасу и совершенно бесплатно накормили с видом на пирамиды! Такого радушного приема я не ожидала. Спасибо огромное персоналу!!! Unfortunately, I'm writing a review just now, I still couldn't get my hands on it. I was at the hotel in March 2025. The hotel is very nice. The room is clean, everything you need is there. It is literally 2 steps away from the pyramids. Great view of the Giza plateau from the upper terrace, where breakfast is served. I arrived early in the morning, hungry, I didn't want to run around looking for a restaurant, and it was still too early to check in. I asked at the reception if I could have breakfast with them. They were so kind that they escorted me to the upper terrace and gave me a completely free meal with a view of the pyramids! I did not expect such a warm welcome. Room is spacious, location is good. You can see the the Great Pyramid from the rooftop cafe. The only setback that is bothering me is the noisy airconditioner and clogged shower drainage. They transfer me to a different room but the drainage problem is same. The door lock is not functioning, luckily I bring my handy multipurpose tools so I manage to repair the lock myself before I went to sleep. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel owner also provide me free ride to papyrus museum, perfume museum and cotton museum. The driver, Abdul, stop by to get me a glass of Egyptian Sugarcane juice. I really appreciate the hospitality. Food at cafe and breakfast is 3/5.

I have come from Hawaii. Was welcomed with open arms and greeted with first class professionism. The service has been exemplary. And I stayed deluxe King suite with pyramids view and jacuzzi. The breakfast hit the spot. I stayed 2 weeks and had the best of an experience. The food was tasty. The bar was nice and the hotel was in a creditable location. From Las Vegas Nevada. Great hospitality, friendly English speaking staff, owner was very kind. Deluxe King suite with pyramids view with the Jacuzzi was amazing. very hospitable, kind and friendly service. Arrived at 1AM on delayed flight, driver was still waiting for me. Arrived late at 3AM, and was provided a much needed beverage by Ashraf, next morning a special breakfast so much more than I could eat, very authentic and delicious. Mahmoud made great drinks and George the driver was excellent. Definitely a place I would recommend. The view of the pyramids was perfect, sunrise and sunset. You won't be disappointed. It's a one stop shop, you can get your excursions here as well at a great price without the hassle. Thank you Best View Pyramids Hotel and management ,Adam for special attention.

The best view of the pyramids! And also the best hotel! We stayed at the Deluxe King Suite With Jacuzzi, we watched the sunset here with dinner, truly spectacular. We stayed in Fairmont Nile City, and afterwards we were picked up by the Hotel with a lovely car, air conditioned! When you check-in with Best View Pyramids, you also get free pick up from hotel and a very lovely breakfast and dinner! The bar is also great with a light show of the pyramids in the evening

I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. The staff are cordial, very friendly and speak very good English. The rooms on the roof-top are just wonderful with a full view of the Pyramids that's just spell-bounding! The food, the teas, the mango juices are simply yummy. The management can also very easily organize the Giza plateau Pyramids tour, with horses or camels, a driver to go and discover some of the great museum in Cairo, and take you to great places that will make your stay in Egypt memorable. Highly recommended

Scam of a hotel. They claim their rooms are pyramid view but only the suites are. We booked “pyramid view “ rooms , but on reaching there we were told that the websites are wrong. Also food is not made there it comes from somewhere nearby. Staff is good and friendly and that’s the only point that deserves one star. Don’t trust the reviews on any site. The owner bribes people with cheap papyrus gifts for 5 star reviews. The rooftop has view of the pyramids, but every hotel in the area does with much better food and options.

Great hotel with best rooftop ever, all the staff is so friendly and helpful we were even able to take a shower after check out and our day trip ! Bedroom are cool, but special mention for all the staff and manager who were great with me 😊

It was SO bad that we left two days early for a different hotel. Room with no windows, dirty bathroom, and loud noises all night. Breakfast took so long (40 minutes for our food) that we were late for our tour.
Some of the staff were nice, but one man (as mentioned in other reviews) was quite deceitful. He wanted us to book tours through him. He told our tour guide we were not at the hotel, so the tour guide had to wait outside and Whatsapp us to let us know what was happening. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! Same prices for better places in the area.

The room was fairly basic but still better than the room we rented at Queen Life Pyramids Hotel. It was small and had a window at least. The roof top is amazing, probably the best view over the pyramids. The breakfast was basic, but ok. The staff were friendly but didn't go out of their way to help with luggage, etc.

This was extremely bad! I had rented 2 rooms, with 5 beds and a great window view! However, when I arrived they have me 1 room with no window and 2 beds, the room smelled so bad, and there is no WiFi and no towels! The breakfast options are so bad. The room is extremely small. Also if you add just. Also the 1 star is too much, it deserves a -103810 star. Very bad experience

Two friends and I had a reservation paid three weeks ago for a triple room.
We arrived at the hotel and it turns out that the owner had rented it out😡
We spent the night in two different rooms, in one of them we had to sleep two people in the same bed, which also sank us towards the middle and it was an ordeal trying to rest.
The owner of the hotel, invited us to some souvenirs.
French fries, various soft drinks, chocolate bars and candies.
We asked him a couple of times if they were free and he agreed commenting that it was pure courtesy, a detail for having confused with our reservation.
To our surprise, the next morning he gives us the bill of what we had consumed.
For not entering into conflict we ended up paying him.
The room was clean, not great but acceptable.
The big downside was the excess noise from the street, if we had known we would not have stayed there.
In the bathroom there was a lot of humidity, drops fell continuously from the ceiling, the shower was horrible, the entire floor was flooded and it never dried up.
Two days after leaving the hotel, we had a mishap which prevented us from returning for our things, so the Egyptian police did us the favor of picking them up and taking them to the airport.
To our surprise, we were missing clothes, money and some objects (three pairs of wireless headphones, two vaporizers, a belt, a Diesel brand sweatshirt, some pants, a brand t-shirt, a fanny pack, some money... etc. ...)
We know without a margin of doubt that he was the owner of the hotel, he was responsible for keeping our belongings.
He took advantage of the fact that we did not have time to claim or file a complaint since our flight left right away.
This guy stole and cheated on us, although from the first moment we perceived some bad vibes from him.
I hope that this does not happen to anyone again, of course I do not recommend staying in this place, we are still very indignant, very angry and helpless.
