Stayed for 6 nights in all i would personally rate this hotel room wise a 3 star due to the condition of the walls/bathroom tiles/toilets.
We had all inclusive and food wise honestly I wasn’t a fan it was just the same things everyday.
Breakfast you’d have omelette made to your request, all types of fresh bread, veg, fruit, cold cuts and cheese, pancakes and cereal.
Lunch we never bothered to go as we didn’t like the options apart from the chicken nuggets soup and chicken (we are not picky eaters btw)
Dinner we would always have soup , there would be roast turkey/chicken/beef/lamb
The seafood option would be shrimp/paella or something similar.
We got really bored of the food so we decided to eat out for dinner mainly (there’s really good restaurants nearby!)
The pools were nice but water wasn’t heated and we went in February so it would’ve been nice. But In all the fact that you have access to all 3 resorts is really cool and helpful I guess you get to access 3 different buffets. Personally we didn’t see the point in tipping waters as we were getting everything for ourselves including drinks coffee food…
Personally I wouldn’t revisit this hotel but the experience was nice.
Children’s entertainment was very nice also

I had a very nice vacation. Good food, nice pools, etc. What brings down the rating is that although there were signs saying that sunbeds cannot be reserved, at 8-9 am most of the sunbeds were covered with towels. I would also have appreciated being informed earlier that use of the swimming pool incurs an additional fee, as I could not find this information prior to arriving at the hotel. I understand that swimming groups may reserve lanes, but if I wish to use a shared lane when the pool is otherwise empty, I would have liked to know in advance that this also comes at an extra cost.

Service: Staff friendliness and professionalism varied greatly. Some were welcoming and helpful, while others seemed disengaged. Language barriers made communication difficult. Reception was efficient at check-in but inconsistent in knowledge and responsiveness.
Facilities & Entertainment: Open areas and gardens were well-maintained, but crowded at peak times. Evening entertainment was almost non-existent, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
Wi-Fi: Connectivity was poor, with frequent disconnections and slow speeds, making work and streaming nearly impossible.
Location: The location was not ideal, which further impacted the overall experience.
Value for Money: Considering the price, the experience did not meet expectations. Improvements in dining variety, entertainment, Wi-Fi, and service consistency are needed to justify the cost.

Overall it was an excellent experience. The rooms are spacious, modern and well maintained. The food and drinks available for all inclusive guests are great, Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch & dinner from 6am to 12am. There are snacks available throughout the day too.
Having access to Aqua Vista, Aqua Blue, Aquapark and the Beach Resort means you are not restricted to doing the same thing each day. Each area has their own qualities, and every area is spotlessly clean.
But the main thing that made this a great holiday experience was the staff. They are an absolute credit to Pickalbatross and really make it one of the stand-out resorts. Particular mention to the housekeeping team & the bar staff at the poolside White Bar.
The housekeepers had our room spotless every day. They were very friendly and helpful. They always had time for a quick chat & offered advice to help us find our way around.

We took a last minute trip for Christmas and got a very nice surprise to find this hotel had gone above and beyond to celebrate Christmas for their guests. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The use of the other surrounding hotels was a bonus. The food was plentiful and good variety with a choice of many restaurants. The only let down was the a la carte restaurant where the staff did not want to be there and the food was well below par. But, apart from that, a very pleasant trip. Thank you.

Overall very good service, friendly staff who did everything to make sure we had a good time.
The cleaner and the bar staff at the pool, Muhamed, were exceptional. Clean, neat everywhere, good gym and WODarea. Good information about the training. Nice to be able to choose to eat at several hotels within the same group, at different times. Quite ok food, spec grilled meat and salmon as well as fresh vegetables and fruit.

I’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are fresh, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the entire hotel holds an impressively high standard.🌟💫✨

I had an amazing stay at Aqua Vista Hotel! Everything was really clean and well taken care of, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious with lots of options every day. The whole staff was friendly and always willing to help, which made the atmosphere very welcoming. What really made the holiday special was the animation team — they brought so much fun and energy every day! Especially Katy, Omran, and Mickey, who were always smiling, organizing great activities, and making sure everyone was having a good time. Thanks to them, every day felt exciting and full of positive vibes. I would definitely love to come back to Aqua Vista again!

Overall experience was rather good .. facilities are large and well equipped .. staff is very nice .. food quality is ok, but you would not expect gourmet food for such large quantities .. we took the shuttle bus to the beach located in the park hotel, but could not get towels .. we have not been informed that we should take towels with us .. not a big deal
