What truly made this hotel stand out, though, was the animation team. They were absolutely incredible—energetic, talented, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their activities and shows were fun, inclusive, and perfectly suited for all ages, creating such a lively and joyful vibe throughout the day and evening. They went above and beyond to make guests feel involved and entertained, and they really made our stay unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of how amazing the animation team is.
The staff in particular are so friendly ranging from the bar staff to the maintenance team, they really couldn’t be more helpful. A special thank you to Ziad Mohammed who looked after at the bar so well every evening, your efforts were always appreciated.
The hotel is always very clean and kept immaculately and the food was always fresh and of a high standard.
I have no doubt that I will return again.
