Hotel has Beautiful nile view but the facilities are old and out of date, other hotels i stayed in egypt r all provided unlimited bottle of water, but not here.
Great thing is the staff at reception very helpful.

The hotel's ambiance is quite nice; if you have time, you can watch the sunrise and sunset over the Nile from the pool. However, the garden view bungalows don't offer much of a view from the window. Breakfast looks plentiful, but it's mostly sauces and cheeses. The service was attentive, but the place is definitely showing its age.

There aren't many hotel options in Luxor, and this one offers the best value for a five-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit dated, the service and maintenance are excellent. More importantly, this hotel isn't in the bustling city center, but it's not too far either. Anyone who's stayed in downtown areas of other Egyptian cities will know what that means: no honking, no motorcycles, no noise – you can actually get a good night's sleep. I've stayed here twice; once before and then again after returning from Aswan.

The room was quite old and I found it to be pretty average. The facilities weren't great either. Breakfast wasn't included, and we paid an extra 600 EGP per person, which was definitely not worth it. Although there were many options, there wasn't much good food. They had plain congee (Chinese rice porridge) but no side dishes or preserved vegetables. There were also a lot of tour groups, so the overall experience was just okay.

The hotel is a little old, but the rooms are well-maintained. The sunset from the hotel was amazing. It's a little far from the city and the airport.

We had a really lovely stay here and were struck immediately by the warmth of the hospitality on check-in. Mustafa and Yamil were absolutely wonderful — Mustafa in particular was exceptional and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade, which was completely unexpected and hugely appreciated. Both of them genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had a special experience from the very start.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and ours opened out onto a large balcony with fantastic views over the Nile — a real highlight and a beautiful way to start and end the day. While the interior design is a little dated in places, this is more than made up for by the kindness, professionalism and generosity of the staff.
We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel during our stay, so can’t comment on the food, but there are numerous outlets on site, giving guests plenty of choice.
Overall, a very positive experience defined by exceptional hospitality and a genuinely warm welcome. We’d happily return.

While the area outside the hotel can feel busy and a little chaotic, the moment you step inside, the atmosphere shifts to something far more relaxed. This is a proper resort hotel with full facilities like gym and outdoor swimming pool. The hotel is near the end of the stretch of river nile hotels on the East Bank. There is a gate protecting guests from outsiders. The room we had is facing the Nile river with large sharing patio. Rather spacious room. Breakfast is great with many choices and live stations. Service is great and sharp if you need them. Situated inside the compound are some retail points and a restaurant. Free parking. If you need to leave to explore, do NOT book uber. Just let the hotel reception call for a taxi which they are just waiting at the gate and negotiate the price before you board. On average from hotel to Karnak temple is 200 EGP. Do the math for others. You will thank me as I got double charged for Uber deducting my card and still pay in cash. Overall a good hotel choice with shops or KFC just minutes away from hotel.

Great hospitality and amazing kind staff. The rooms are very clean and have enough space. The service is great and the breakfast amazing. The food is of high quality and tastes really good. The location of the hotel directly beside the nile is priceless and gives you time to relax having a coffee just beside the nile. It's always a pleasure being here.
