Everything was perfect, but the gym was too old, some machines didn’t work

I recommend to put the request to get a new renovation room, it’s will perfectly like the photo. The hotel located in the city center and right next to the Nile, there are KFC close by. I don’t recommend to try the Chinese restaurant in the hotel There actin chinese they don’t know how to do fried rice I guess turn out very bad. But the Italian was so good in my option. Trust me I am the Asian!

The room has a very old-style design and feels a bit dated, but it’s still comfortable. The location is great, just next to the Nile, which gives a nice view. Overall, not bad for the stay.

The room facing the Nile had a fantastic view, but the facilities were extremely old. The air conditioning unit was humming loudly. The service was okay, but very inefficient. There were quite a few Chinese tourists.

Let's start with the positives: The environment is excellent, right by the Nile River. The swimming pool is large, with two sections offering spacious surroundings. It's very close to the city center, just a 1 km carriage ride away. Most rooms seem to offer direct or partial views of the Nile. We initially had a triple room, then switched to a junior suite with two balconies. The staff were very genuine and keen to make us feel welcome. The transportation department in the lobby was very responsible. The hotel restaurant staff even remembered us and frequently greeted us. The hotel restaurant has ample space, so it never feels crowded. We ate at the Italian restaurant twice and were able to order some Chinese dishes from the adjacent bar, which was a nice touch. The ambiance was great, the prices fair, and the food delicious. The hot water in the room was plentiful, making for a comfortable shower.

Now for the drawbacks: The room facilities are noticeably outdated and in urgent need of an upgrade. Upon check-in, it was a bit off-putting, but I gradually understood after adjusting my mindset. I completely forgot about the soaring prices. I noticed a row of white buildings at the hotel that were almost renovated, which should be nice in the future. When checking out, the front desk asked for my feedback, and I told them exactly this. Overall, Luxor tourism is recovering, and I hope more investment comes in.

Had a great time in this hotel. Very strategic location in Luxor overseeing nile river. Our assistant Yasmin was very friendly and she even upgraded our room during over stay over there. Just that they can’t assist us to contact our transporter from Luxor to Hurghada due to their protocol. Apparently they have their in house service. The rest is perfect.

Highly recommend this hidden gem hotel in Luxor! The overall environment is clean and elegant with a super comfortable atmosphere. There are neatly arranged lounge chairs by the outdoor swimming pool, and lying on them to sunbathe in the afternoon is the perfect cure for travel fatigue.

The breakfast has a mind - boggling variety of options, with hot dishes, cold cuts, desserts and freshly squeezed juices all available, kick - starting your day full of vitality. Several in - house restaurants are also outstanding, allowing you to enjoy authentic delicacies without leaving the hotel.

The room details are well - thought - out. The provided safe allows you to store your personal valuables with peace of mind. The biggest surprise is the bedding—the mattress and pillows are so soft that you won’t want to get up once you lie down.

A special shout - out to Yasmin at the front desk! When I arrived at the hotel, it wasn’t yet the check - in time, but she kindly helped me check in early, enabling me to drop my luggage and rest sooner. It was such a thoughtful gesture.

It offers great value for money for a one - night stay. You definitely won’t regret choosing to stay here in Luxor. Truly recommended to everyone!
