Location: at a distance of 250 m from the sea, on the second line, in the resort area of Madinat Makadi Bay Makadi Bay, 35 km from the city center and 30 km from Hurghada airport.

The hotel has 325 rooms.

Beach: own, sandy, near coral reef. Beach towels (the issuing of towels located near the pool), umbrellas and sunbeds – free of charge.

The all-inclusive (alcohol to 24:00, under-18s alcoholic drinks are not provided). Breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-15:00) dinner (19:00-22:00) and late dinner (22:00-24:00) – Breakfast buffet in the restaurant El Hambra. The restaurant Family Breakfast (08:00-10:00), late Breakfast (10:30-12:00) and dinner (18:30-21:00). Fresh juices, bottled drinks and import alcohol – for a fee. Ice cream, soft drinks and local alcoholic drinks – free of charge.

The crew is top notch, the service is excellent, the hygiene is excellent and the food is delicious and a masterpiece.

Excellent family hotel. The territory is large, green, clean and tidy (there are no abandoned buildings/ruins/garbage here). The staff is very friendly and helpful. No problems with the food, everything is tasty and fresh (Fatir is gorgeous, the soups are excellent). Drinks are poured into normal glasses. The animation is weak, but the guys try very hard. The rooms are a little shabby, but clean, everything works, wifi in the room and throughout the hotel, the air conditioner blows like the devil! Gratitude to Mohammed for his responsiveness, for daily cleaning of the room and the beauty in it. Thanks to Ahmed for fresh mangoes. The beach is clean, a 3-minute walk from the hotel, a good food court, you can rent fins/masks/hydrasuits. Three reefs with a bunch of all sorts of creatures. The water park is not bad. Based on the combination of factors, this is one of the best hotels in Hurghada (Makadi Bay).

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days. From 12/7 to 12/17 in room 2252. A wonderful hotel, very nice and attentive staff, everyone says hello and asks if everything is okay. The beach is gorgeous, good entry into the sea, clean, you can rent swimming fins for free. The pool is heated, comfortable in winter. Masks and gloves are given out at the entrance to the restaurant, everyone is wearing gloves and masks, well done! Everyone is adhering to anti-COVID measures. Khaled, a very attentive and kind person, cleaned our room, always happy to help, surprised us with different figures made of towels! Thank you! All the waiters are great, but we were always served by Mohamed Ahmed (Misha), very polite and attentive, we liked him and became friends with the child. Everything in the restaurant is very tasty, different types of fish, great meat, vegetables, desserts ... well, everything you can take is very tasty, the chefs are great! Bravo! The territory is gorgeous, everything is cleaned, not a speck of dust! I recommend this hotel! We will come to you again!

This hotel is definitely not a 10/10 but a 20/10. Everything is clean, the staff is friendly, the beach is stunning and the food is amazing. I recommend coming here. And also the shows are awesome. Oh and I can’t forget the diversity of entertainment… you aren’t bored here, I can guarantee that. I had a really great time here and I am for sure coming again. By the way, it’s my second time here. Go to Jaz Makadi Oasis!!!!!

I have come to this hotel for around 21 years and have noticed some very positive changes over the years. The management always comes up with something new. In all these years I have never seen the hotel so fully booked outside of the holiday season. That speaks for itself. The entire complex is very well maintained, the rooms and toilets very clean. The staff are still extremely friendly, helpful and courteous and always try to implement the guests' wishes quickly and easily. I would particularly like to praise this year's entertainers. The quality has improved a lot here, at least with regard to the activities that I personally attend: yoga, stretching, aqua gym. Rock, Sam and Tatyana/Tanya and of course the head entertainer Ryan do a really great job - thank you for the very pleasant, effective and fun classes. Tanja (stretching and yoga instructor) motivated me a lot and impressed me with her stretching and yoga skills. Thanks to her guidance, I have already significantly improved my own flexibility in just a few days, feel much better than at the beginning of the holiday and even have the motivation to continue doing yoga at home. Rock and Sam (aqua gym instructors) are great entertainers and athletes. Thanks to them, the aqua gym class was great fun and also very effective – even my husband joined in and he is not easy to convince!
Therefore: a big thank you to this great team! Keep up the good work – Tanja, Rock, Sam and Ryan: you really are the friendliest and best instructors I have met here over the years!

Fantastic location, pool is magnificent, staff really attentive and friendly. Rooms a bit dark and balcony is small. Food is hit and miss, limited options for vegetarians. Really relaxing hotel though, beautiful!

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious and bright. The staff were friendly and attentive. It’s about a 6-minute walk to the sea, and there's a designated area for the hotel on the beach. Shuttles to the aqua park depart approximately every half hour. The aqua park was large and enjoyable.

There are shared restaurants for about 10 hotels, and you need to make a reservation to dine there. We could only find availability at the Aqua restaurant, so we went there. You can order whatever you like from the menu. I'm attaching photos of the food we had there below. The hotel lobby doesn’t mention these restaurants, so you need to make a reservation on your own. It was a great experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say the animation team made the experience unforgettable! Their energy, creativity, and dedication to ensuring every guest had a fantastic time were remarkable. From fun activities to engaging shows, they truly brought the place to life.

The overall service was equally impressive—staff members were attentive, friendly, and always went out of their way to meet our needs. The combination of excellent service and the outstanding animation team made our stay both relaxing and entertaining. Highly recommend!
