Currently staying at this hotel, I must admit it has so far disappointed me, a 5 Star hotel it is not! The Puente Romano in Spain, the Dorchester in England The Palm In Dubai are certainly examples of what I feel are 5 Star hotel The Sheraton Miramar in Elgouna is at best a 3 star, the food is buffet style and is served Luke warm in huge containers, ( quantity not quality)the decor throughout is tired...

All good except the beach. They do their best but it’s just not good. Also I am not a fan of the horizontal spread of rooms across large area especially when the water is expensive to turn the spaces to a real greenery area. But it’s ok. Food is ok rooms are ok and staff are also ok.

Nice location and price; very dated hotel but clean. Water and electricity regularly fail. Nice service and very helpful. All-inclusive well organized but somewhat one-sided.

The location is great. Wi-Fi is also available, which is convenient. Unfortunately, there were no free towels. It would have been perfect if there was a mat in the room to wash off the sand on the feet of people who go to the beach. Mornings are cold at this time of year. The bed was very fluffy.

The property is brilliant, hygiene to clean, neat tidy. Beach access is brilliant they have a private beach infront of you. Nice sitting area, for children a small park, Great Staff excellent. It feels okay, but the intersection at the gate is not very obvious, and the navigation is not very accurate.

The hotel is very quiet and extremely safe. I stayed for half a month and overall had a good experience. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxing. However, there were a few issues: the air conditioning was not very cold, the breakfast times were not consistent so I decided not to attend and there was no Wi-Fi available. This place is a bit off the beaten track, but the pools and placecare beautiful, the WiFi is not great, but sometimes that's nice, the pool bar is lovely and we ate occasionally at the restaurant onside Athena, not bad food This is still a building site in places but in a year or so it will be even better!

Honest and very kind staff. They care about you and try to help you as much as they can, I spent a year in that place and I was happy in it. It has clean apartments and wonderful location
