The service in restaurants and bars is excellent, and the hospitality staff are clean and tidy. The swimming pools are clean and LifeGuard is always around the bathrooms. Room service is excellent and the rooms are clean

The roller coasters are very fun, good, non-stop. The animators are very friendly and fun, sociable. It's great that there are heated pools. and animation the best in hotel

It's a very beautiful hotel with numerous tea and dessert lounges, unlimited drinks, multiple swimming pools, and a private beach. The hotel includes meals and accommodation

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

We've never experienced any discrimination; in fact, they've always been incredibly accommodating. The front desk often gives us priority check-in, and the lemon tea in the lobby is exceptionally good

I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden

The only downside is that it's so popular, rooms are hard to book. I hope it continues to improve!

The team keep you always serviced, asking if they can bring drinks, water or anything you need. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The trip from the reception to the beach using the lagoon boat is very nice

The hotel is very large, the swimming pool is also very large, the landscape has the sea leading into the hotel and the swimming pool, the environment is super good, and there are many facilities to play

What satisfies me most is that the hotel has direct access to the beach, which saves us extra time and energy to find the fun of the seaside

Maybe because of the season, there are not many people in the hotel recently, which makes the whole environment more peaceful and comfortable. We stayed here for three nights, and each night had a different experience

Before booking, I saw some reviews about the hotel's discriminatory treatment and was quite worried, but after checking in, I felt that it was beyond my expectations. At first, the air conditioner in the room was broken

while the hotel has excellent facilities like a great beach view and plenty of pools, its service is horrible

Everything at this hotel is fantastic, the staff are very attentive and friendly, rooms are clean and spacious, heated pool is luxurious, animation team are brilliant always trying to get everyone involved and do so much, food is amazing no matter what restaurant you go too

There are also some shops in the hotel but at Makadi Beach are more shops! If you want a good excursion, ask Khaled from Corendon he will arrange some nice excursions for you! I would definitely go there again

This hotel is perfect for a chill holiday, it's not expensive but you get value for your money. The hotel is clean and has 4 pools with enough sunbeds

The hotel has a water park and swimming pool, as well as a private beach and water sports facilities. There are five restaurants offering a wide variety of buffet options, and the staff are very welcoming.

The food at the restaurants was tasty and lots of choice (excellent quality buffet) and really enjoyed the Asian and Lebanese a la carte restaurants. Cocktails and drinks are good, and the pool areas & slides were great

I ended my last day in Egypt here. It was the best hotel experience of our 6-day stay in Egypt and the most cost-effective hotel in Hurghada. The hotel is large, maturely operated, and has a great environment

Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. So many things to do around including pools, aqua yoga, gym, water park etc

Just back from a great holiday at the Baron Palace. The hotel grounds are a beautifully maintained green oasis in the desert next to the Red Sea. The buildings are very well maintained and constantly cleaned and polished

If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

We found that very rude, like a scam. We also loved the dinners at the beach bar, with the delicious barbecue, and the Greek restaurant

They both had great food and drinks, and great service! Snorkelling at the house reef is just amazing! Just out of the beach you have access to an incredible diversity of fishes and colourful corals! Especial greetings to the lifeguards who were always nice to talk to, and gave us advices on how to stay safe

During the trip, the driver used his phone while driving, to translate, and pressure us to tip him at the airport, saying things like "usually they tip me 15eur but it depends on your integrity" and other similar stuff

The sea is also good close to shore with lots of fish, children will be delighted with such a number and variety of fish. The food is delicious three meals a day, buffet style

I highly recommend this resort to family’s thinking of coming to Egypt, there is also a water park fully accessible free of charge. There is a beach on the resort. The pool is enormous, in good condition and clean

Bar staff were awesome a little tip goes a long way, the entertainment was great, really enjoyed the beach show which had loads of people in random costumes, had loads of games you could play for free, overall great place lovely location and staff

We just got back, the hotel and the team were amazing, recommend the smaller pool as it's heated, no mad rush to get sun beds, breakfast was on till late so could fully relax

Free shuttle bus every 15 mins to beach, which is just what you need to cool down- a dip in the Clear, crystal blue sea! Plenty to do, from quad bikes, water park just 15 min bus ride, boat trips ect

Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good

A taxi to Hurghada city center, which is 15 minutes away, costs around €2, but be aware that they prefer cash, so bring some change. We will definitely return to this hotel

Excellent selection of food, it was delicious, maybe a bit more of an English breakfast selection, Hotel was beautiful and staff from cleaner Mahmoud, bar staff chef's and waiters you really couldn't say anything about them, a few definitely need to brush up on people skills but overall was a great holiday, also a little mention of the gardeners who cared for everything

There's a pool from the sea but it's just not as good as the sea itself. The animation show was good but wasn't great. They need more creativity and more engaging activities but overall we had a a great time !!

The hotel view is awesome you can see the sea from the reception which is outstanding. The only downside is the sea is very rocky, they need a marina desperately to make this hotel like no other

Because the resort is very large, there are many activities. You can play in the water park, go snorkeling in the sea, participate in beach activities including yoga, Zumba, and volleyball

The pool for children is very nice and also the orher pools are great. The stuff - all the people who are working there- are totaly nice attentive and helpful! I can definitly recommend the hotel for people of all ages

This means Nov-March you cannot really use the pools, only the small heated one. - we both got sick, not sure if it was the hotels fault

If there is anything to mention for improvement, it would be the volleyball court. A better ball would be great, and improved lighting in the evening would make playing much easier
