The hotel is not new, the rooms are quite tired. The room was clean and had everything you need. I would like to separately note the free mini bar. Very helpful staff, they try to help with everything

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

Because I went there in winter, there were only foreigners sunbathing by the pool. It was also beautiful at night

I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden

Before booking, I saw some reviews about the hotel's discriminatory treatment and was quite worried, but after checking in, I felt that it was beyond my expectations. At first, the air conditioner in the room was broken

Maybe because of the season, there are not many people in the hotel recently, which makes the whole environment more peaceful and comfortable. We stayed here for three nights, and each night had a different experience

Staff is very kind, polite, friendship and try to make your vacation comfortable all the time. Our room was big, quiet and cosy, but sometimes there was unpleasant smell in bathroom (toilet) (not because of us :))

The staff around kitchen area were lovely and friendly. Life guards were very good with the children.

I booked through a third-party agent, whose policy states that guests up to 17 years old are considered children. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that anyone over the age of 12 is classified as an adult

What made the experience particularly disappointing was the manager’s unprofessional behaviour. He refused to speak directly with me or other women in my family, insisting instead on addressing a male relative

While the facilities had potential, the check-in experience and management’s handling of the situation overshadowed our stay. Based on this, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning

- More consistent opening of adult rides so guests can maximize their enjoyment of the waterpark. - Breakfast options should be expanded beyond omelets to reduce queue times and provide more variety

They also measured my blood pressure,blood sugar and I got a back massge. They repeted this on the last day of my stay. Kareem was so generous and kind,he also gave me free medications for the trip

Kareem asked me everything about my problems,as well as my existing illnesses. He immediately gave me medication in an infusion,it worked very quickly,the pain disappeard

Firstly I’d like to address the positives, the resort is beautiful and definitely 5* , it’s kept very clean and scheduled on time for cleaning/food/serving etc and the facilities are amazing! , the staff at the palm pool are incredible and always looking to assist and help, the waiting staff and managers for citadel restaurant and food court are brilliant and always kept myself and my husband smiling

Beach is great, you can spend days just snorkelling in the bay! Only downside - like most places in Egypt - is the constant sales pestering, but they are polite when you turn them away

Each day there was a different type of rice which was so well prepared. And there was also a variety of cooked vegetables so I could eat well even as a vegan

We stayed three nights at Kempinski during our visit to Soma Bay and it was great. First of all, the hotel is adjacent to Soma Bay Marina which makes it much easier to stroll around and do some souvenir shopping

We had a small issue with noise from some neighbors during the night, and I was deeply impressed by how the hotel handled it. They immediately sent security to assist and even offered us a room change

From typical European breakfast items to the Middle Eastern and Asian dishes as well as a big pastry section were just great. The room is a bit old but very spacious and the bed is comfortable

A really great hotel.. The reception, the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the food of all kinds, and the most beautiful thing is that you visit the SPA center. It is really a great hotel.

Beach is about 10 min away by shuttle (every 10 mins), very spacious and crystal clear water. Only comment would be to introduce electric shuttle buses. All in all wonderful experience

We had our vacation in the beginning of September. Hotel area is really huge and beautiful. You can find pools for small kid's and more quite places for adults. Kids club also have a small pool where to have fun

Management are very professional but still frequently engage in a bit of banter which is nice to see as are most of the staff. The whole of the bay is a gated complex so very safe to walk around with almost no hassle

Our room cleaners were also pleasant, the room was always clean. What I liked most about the pool was the work of the waiter Osman and the pool attendant, these employees were especially pleasant and friendly

The sea is very shallow and not really suitable for snorkeling other than beginners. The hotel boasts an excellent golf course and facilities. Thank you to all staff for another great holiday experience

Overall it was a very nice stay for 1 week. Especially when you like golf. The golf course is very well designed and the region surpassingly does not feel to hot because you have some nice wind here

If you sign up for a sea trip, you usually have to pay an additional $5 per person for pick-up and drop-off. If you don't want to pay this money, you can consider taking a taxi to the city pier by yourself

We enjoyed room service in our lounge or garden every night! Really generous portions, spent less on eating at the hotel than we'd expected. I feel totally rejuvenated after our 4 night stay

I have seen many people with some limited abilities and i think this hotel is comfortable for them. During the day they offer different activities such as darts, aquagym, stretching, yoga, dancing, bocce and so on

Animation staff does great job. Rooms are old but quiet and spacious, the balconies to beautiful lagoon with nice quiet waters. In the evening you can also play billiard if you wish. Water bottles are provided daily

The beds at the beach are many, but have to be reserved early as everyone reserves them at night. Beds linen has to be updated (a bit old) and pillows comfort needs to be improved. Very attentive staff to people

Sunbeds at the beach are wooden and old - need to be changed (for wooden better) 5. As all inclusive the hotel should provide some more non alcoholic drink options for free like fresh juices
