The service in restaurants and bars is excellent, and the hospitality staff are clean and tidy. The swimming pools are clean and LifeGuard is always around the bathrooms. Room service is excellent and the rooms are clean

Very big resort, with a lot of nice pools and water slides. Beds at the pool could be more, they were mostly full

Nice beach, where you can stay at a sister hotel, but you need to bring your own towels there, bc they have not enough

The roller coasters are very fun, good, non-stop. The animators are very friendly and fun, sociable. It's great that there are heated pools. and animation the best in hotel

It's a very beautiful hotel with numerous tea and dessert lounges, unlimited drinks, multiple swimming pools, and a private beach. The hotel includes meals and accommodation

The front desk staff was very friendly. I booked a sea trip on the day of check-out, so I checked out in the morning and stored my luggage. I came back to the hotel to pick up my luggage at 4 or 5 pm

What I did not really like was the closed bay with no access to the open sea. I do not like this, but for those with children, this is probably even a plus

We've never experienced any discrimination; in fact, they've always been incredibly accommodating. The front desk often gives us priority check-in, and the lemon tea in the lobby is exceptionally good

I asked the front desk if I could have dinner in the buffet restaurant, and the staff agreed. The hotel environment is really good, with a huge garden

The only downside is that it's so popular, rooms are hard to book. I hope it continues to improve!

Particular mention to the housekeeping team & the bar staff at the poolside White Bar. The housekeepers had our room spotless every day. They were very friendly and helpful

The food and drinks available for all inclusive guests are great, Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch & dinner from 6am to 12am. There are snacks available throughout the day too

Having access to Aqua Vista, Aqua Blue, Aquapark and the Beach Resort means you are not restricted to doing the same thing each day. Each area has their own qualities, and every area is spotlessly clean

The White Bar staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly too, not just serving drinks, but they were willing to help with any request

Before booking, I saw some reviews about the hotel's discriminatory treatment and was quite worried, but after checking in, I felt that it was beyond my expectations. At first, the air conditioner in the room was broken

The pools are good, nobody got sick with Coxackie or Legionella = success! The hotel is safe and is also located in a safe neighborhood. We went to Hurgada Marina a couple of times

Our vacation was great, with a beautiful reef, lots of fish, and plenty to do. The rooms are nice, but only the new ones. The older part of the hotel made a worse impression

We were in this hotel (6 people, for 15 days) and many things impressed us: the hotel is very big and slowly being renovated. It has a beautiful lagoon where you can swim even if the sea is rough

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us about the extensive renovations, so the drills and other noises significantly disturbed our relaxation. The service was super, the staff deserve a medal!

The only downside is the large number of guests, which sometimes means waiting for a table and dealing with a noisy restaurant environment

The hotel has a water park and swimming pool, as well as a private beach and water sports facilities. There are five restaurants offering a wide variety of buffet options, and the staff are very welcoming.

The food at the restaurants was tasty and lots of choice (excellent quality buffet) and really enjoyed the Asian and Lebanese a la carte restaurants. Cocktails and drinks are good, and the pool areas & slides were great

I ended my last day in Egypt here. It was the best hotel experience of our 6-day stay in Egypt and the most cost-effective hotel in Hurghada. The hotel is large, maturely operated, and has a great environment

Well the property is very serene and beautiful. It would be utilised better for a couple with kids or families. So many things to do around including pools, aqua yoga, gym, water park etc

If I could give this hotel 100 points for its sea, service, and staff, I would. First of all, the food selection is extensive, and there's a restaurant specifically for Turks where we had dinner three nights a week

We found that very rude, like a scam. We also loved the dinners at the beach bar, with the delicious barbecue, and the Greek restaurant

They both had great food and drinks, and great service! Snorkelling at the house reef is just amazing! Just out of the beach you have access to an incredible diversity of fishes and colourful corals! Especial greetings to the lifeguards who were always nice to talk to, and gave us advices on how to stay safe

During the trip, the driver used his phone while driving, to translate, and pressure us to tip him at the airport, saying things like "usually they tip me 15eur but it depends on your integrity" and other similar stuff

The sea is also good close to shore with lots of fish, children will be delighted with such a number and variety of fish. The food is delicious three meals a day, buffet style

I highly recommend this resort to family’s thinking of coming to Egypt, there is also a water park fully accessible free of charge. There is a beach on the resort. The pool is enormous, in good condition and clean

Bar staff were awesome a little tip goes a long way, the entertainment was great, really enjoyed the beach show which had loads of people in random costumes, had loads of games you could play for free, overall great place lovely location and staff

We just got back, the hotel and the team were amazing, recommend the smaller pool as it's heated, no mad rush to get sun beds, breakfast was on till late so could fully relax

Hello, We had the opportunity to stay for 15 days at Hawaii Le Jardin Aqua Park Hurghada. Coming here as a family, I can say with all my sincerity that everything was wonderful

And a huge shoutout to Chef Karima for her delicious fatayers! Not to mention the animation team, who created such a great atmosphere and made our stay even more fun

The entertainment team members were really kind and very positive and the activities we did were great. I mostly liked aqua gym, yoga, stretching and the foam party

Free shuttle bus every 15 mins to beach, which is just what you need to cool down- a dip in the Clear, crystal blue sea! Plenty to do, from quad bikes, water park just 15 min bus ride, boat trips ect

As i mentioned before , the pools need to be more clean There is no animation

Water slides are great, and pools are heated except one of them. Simce we had colder weather then expected, it was great to use the heated pools

I was in this hotel last October. The service was amazing, praise to the waiters and food in the restaurant! The location of the hotel is good, but the beach is not of the best you will see in the region

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good

The pools are superb, and you can stand almost everywhere. The entertainment team is great and not intrusive. There are shops opposite the hotel, and a shopping center nearby for those who enjoy shopping

The food is good quality in all the restaurants and snack bars. The soft drinks are excellent, including bottled brands like Coca-Cola, Fanta, and Sprite. The juices are fantastic: mango, guava, melon, apple, and orange

This is the best experience I have had in such a long time traveling, unparalleled service, and great value for money food! In contrast, the facilities and environment in the room may not reach such a high standard

A taxi to Hurghada city center, which is 15 minutes away, costs around €2, but be aware that they prefer cash, so bring some change. We will definitely return to this hotel
