Always everyone is helpful, friendly and professional. As a family we feel safe and welcoming every time we go to this hotel.
Were there for 10 days with another family. Our room was spacious, with partial pool view. Housekeeping (Ahmed) was excellent, including an awesome birthday surprise (co-arranged by hubby).
Food was very good, lots of variety every day. The smaller "family" restaurant didnt have any waiting time either. Animation (Wagdy in particular) did a good job all day round, despite the scorching heat. Restaurant staff was attentive, as was everyone else also. Really cant fault anything.
