Cataract Resort Naama Bay in Sharm el Sheikh

I don't remember the name of the employee at the reception who welcomed me on the first day. He was a weak person, very rude and arrogant. We had a language problem and that's why he spoke to me very rudely. I stayed in that hotel for 2 weeks. I pay that much money for your hotel, you can be a little kinder. The door of the room was difficult to open when locked and I wanted to change my room, but she told me that we did not have a spare room even though there was an empty room. There was no wifi in the rooms.
The only good thing about the hotel was its central location. I do not recommend. When you type, 2 cataract hotels appear. I stayed at cataract resort 4*. My comments are for that.

The AC is not working which is really odd for the current weather, there was no electricity so i can charge my laptop and the charging ports are not working at all , service is so bad starting from the receptionist till the valley!
I Will never recommend such hotel ever.

- extremely long and complicated check in and check out

Only nice point: the sea.

Never in my life Cataract Resort 4* We stayed in this hotel from the end of October to the beginning of November for 13 nights in 2023. I write only facts, and you yourself make the decision to relax here or not. 1. These are two hotels located a short distance across the road from each other on the first line of Cataract Layalina 3* and the second line 4* where we bought the tour. 2. The hotel is for sale and the owner has not been to the hotel for 5 years. 3. Everyone eats breakfast and dinner in their own hotel, and lunch is shared in three rubles. 4. The food is monotonous. The only meat is chicken, and only if you are bold enough can you beg for a third piece. 5. There is no food on the beach, only drinks in 100 gram glasses. 6. At 17:00 the beach is closed and everyone is kicked out; you won’t be able to watch the sunset on the beach. 7. The sea is gorgeous, but there are yachts near the shore and periodically it smells of fuel. 8. Internet only at the reception. 9. Many people complained about the animation, but we were not interested in it, so I won’t say anything. 10. Single beds only, i.e. if you need one large bed, then it will be two single beds pushed together which move apart in the process. 11. Beach towels are provided by the cleaners in the room and you can change them once during your entire vacation; bed sheets can also only be changed upon request once during your entire vacation for $1 and a chocolate bar. 12. For the first time, while vacationing in Egypt, we encountered scandals on the beach for sunbeds, and every time it was the Italians with ours or the Arabs with ours, and the management was always not for ours. They openly support non-Slavs. 13. Dirty glass at the reception in the dining room; you can’t call it a restaurant. (photos attached) 14. I can name one plus: the location is close to the sea, the promenade is nearby. There is no need to walk long distances. 15. There are only grandmothers in the hotel.
