Atmosphere is good, service very nice. Sentido better so much than the same hotel but 4 stars on this territory. Food is tasty, well cooked. They even brought chef Turk to cook different meals including Turkish food. Only rooms are not renovated, other than we liked everything. Weather was good in January and we swam everyday, reef is beautiful

My request was simple. Instead of attempting to accommodate my needs or offering reasonable alternatives, my request was simply rejected. This is not the standard of customer service one would expect from a business that prides itself on being family-friendly.
The lack of willingness to assist me was deeply troubling. A truly family-friendly business would strive to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, SENTIDO REEF OASIS RESORT failed miserably in this regard.
I am concerned that the lack of assistance I received may be due to the fact that I am not Italian. This raises serious questions about potential discrimination, which is completely unacceptable. All customers, regardless of their background, deserve to be treated with respect and provided with equal service!

Nice hotel,huge area,a lot of pools.
Not my first visit to this place,but..some moments this year made me think I will not come back. Because you must count robes and towels in your rooms when you arrive,every day and when you leave....

Food: all excellent! Thev make small batches so that the food is always fresh, always alot of international choices and the deserts were for the first time actually not only looking gooc but also taste good.
Beach: last year we had plenty of space on the reserved beds for sentido guests. This year it was wav more crowded sometimes it was searching for a bed. Also if vou like the shadow the beach might not be for you since the shadow of the umbrellas change position very fast.
Coral: one of the most amazing house reefs of sharm. Every day you see new things and you never go out of the water without a smile
Pools: there are loads of pools. The poo closest to mo.s restaurant is heated
Cocktails: thev make them according to a recipe wich is amazing. They taste good but most of all every moiito is the same so the bartenders dont just make their own thing that tastes like nothing
Special mention: we did not get a single person try to sell us spa treatments, diving, excursions. etc. THIS IS THE WAY! On another resort having all the people trying to sell you stuff gets really annoying

Your things may disappering.
The reef is very beautiful. And there are a lot of good swimming pools. But unfortunately, the rest of the hotel service is quite poor. You may snorkel at the reef from neighboring hotels.
Of the three slides in the pool, only two are working.
In the rooms, the bed linens are not changed, only made, although they should be changed every three days.
Regarding the food, almost all the meat dishes are overdried and very tough. The food is often oversalted and peppered. Juices and drinks are heavily watered down. Although the desserts are delicious.
The most unpleasant and unsafe thing is when you return to the beach and one of your sunbeds is missing. This happened four times in a week. The day before departure, a towel also went missing along with the sunbed. Since every time I returned four towels, they only tried to return three cards. And upon checkout, the concierge immediately told me I'd lost my towel card. That is why I have to think the hotel staff is making money off of lost towel cards. The staff doesn't do any security checks, either through cameras or otherwise, and I have to pau charge for the "lost" card. We've vacationed in many other countries, including Egypt for the third time, but we've never experienced such a criminal situation. I've never felt so unsafe anywhere. So, be very careful with your belongings and towels at this hotel. The rooms are far from the beach, so going back to your room to get your things during the day is a chore. Be prepared to spend time worrying about the safety of your belongings rather than relaxing.

The service was excellent across the board – from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and bellhops, to the beach area. A shuttle service takes you to the beach, where sun loungers are always plentiful. Chinese food is available, with popular options like fried noodles, fried rice, and a variety of stir-fries.

After much deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily for its snorkeling spot. Unfortunately, the snorkeling didn't quite live up to expectations, with severe coral bleaching, scarce fish, and murky water.
The hotel grounds are expansive, with various room types designed differently; those closer to the sea are generally newer. I stayed in a pool room, and the mini-bar had a good selection of soft drinks, plus three large bottles of mineral water. However, the tiled floors were extremely slippery because our shoes would track in water, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers. Consequently, every day after returning from the beach, the room floor would be covered in sand and water, making it quite dirty!
Our room key cards frequently failed to work, requiring daily trips to the front desk for reactivation. The front desk staff, however, seemed completely indifferent, offering no apologies for this outdated and un-updated door access system.
Breakfast was identical every single day! All beverages had to be ordered through a server, which would be a significant disadvantage for non-English speakers. Lunch and dinner were generally average but filling. The Indian restaurant we reserved, located by the sea, had acceptable flavors, but you'd need to translate the menu yourself. Regarding the BBQ, I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. It was simply a platter of grilled beef and chicken, accompanied by some flatbread, and that was it!
Overall service was decent. While the staff weren't particularly proactive or enthusiastic, they weren't neglectful or rude either.

The sea view was stunning. However, the place felt quite crowded, and the beach was packed as well. Our room was a bit small and felt dated. But what truly disappointed us was the poor service. Despite consistently tipping generously and leaving notes for two days asking for a towel animal, we never received one.
