- Welcome at the reception? - a complete disaster!!! I had a hotel reservation from 29.12.2024! I arrived at check-in on 30.12.2024 at 3.00 AM, the receptionist told me that he had sold my room (expecting € or USD), since we were tired, I did not understand that he wanted money and left us waiting until 12.00, when another receptionist gave us a room without a pool view. While waiting, I saw other hotel guests coming, who gave him money in their hands and went to the room earlier than us. We asked for the safe 3 times, of course, they did not bring it. There was not even a phone in the room if I wanted to call the reception. The aforementioned receptionist regularly takes night shifts ..... and I now understand why.
