A special mention to Gabriela, Melissa, and Suvi for their outstanding customer service. They were warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay memorable , truly a reflection of Finnish hospitality at its best.
The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and pick-up points for Northern Lights tours. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rovaniemi. Highly recommended!

Each room can reserve 30 mins sauna at reception which was a pretty nice space too! Especially after the gym experience. (Gym is 24/7, small but enough)
