Everything went well! The reception staff were very kind, helpful, and attentive to our comments and requests!
The classic double room is quite small, as is the bathroom and toilet. For one person staying two nights, it's manageable, but it's very cramped to move around in the bathroom. You also shouldn't be overweight because the toilet is close to the opposite wall, and the shower is very narrow...
Perfect location for a peaceful overnight stay and to discover Paris
Lovely room, nice hotel, good location close to metro and stadiums, close to delicious Italian restaurant and a bakery
Honestly, it was very good. Just goes to show that star ratings don't necessarily mean much. The room was admittedly small, but impeccably clean and quiet, overlooking the courtyard. The soundproofing wasn't great, like in many Parisian hotels, but since the establishment seemed to be frequented more by well-behaved business people than partygoers, I was able to enjoy two very peaceful nights even...
I booked a room with two single beds and ended up with a double bed.
You have to insist and raise your voice a bit to get your point across.
The rooms are really too small and the breakfast is too meager, even though the lady who takes care of it is really great, super friendly and helpful!
The housekeeping leaves something to be desired.
A little more choice at lunch would be good and better soundproofing for the rest is not bad

Location is great. Room is pretty small. Breakfast was very good. The only real problem was the fact that the room temperature was pretty low.
It's close to both the Champs-Élysées and the Eiffel Tower. Check-in is at 3 p.m., but they let me check in a little after 1 p.m. I stayed here on the last day of my trip to Paris, and it was really great.
I am happy to stay in this hotel because it has many positives. The most important of which is the behavior of the employees working there, especially the receptionists during the morning shift (Wendy and Angela). They were very helpful and accommodating with the clients which shows their professionalism. I would also like to pay tribute to the unique location of the hotel.
Thank you from the heart
I'll start with our arrival. We arrived very very early around 9 am as we had an early flight arrival. The staff were very accommodating. They could not obviously give us our room yet but took our luggage and stored it in a room behind the check in desk and offered to email me as soon as the room was ready. Which they did around 1:30 pm. The hotel is a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. We were also...
There is no car parking under the hotel. They offer to take your car to a parking garage close by with an additional fee.
But street parking is available on the next street. Just download the app you should be good to go, if you find a spot.
The location was good and the room was clean.
The reception staff was very nice and friendly.
Excellent location, close to various metro stations and 500m from Champs Elysees. Daily room cleaning, a/c in room (efficient and quite), polite and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Nice bistros right next to the hotel, full of locals (not the horrible tourist kind). Safe area. Would definitely visit again.

Nice cute hotel but the rooms were really small. The location was super nice though with cute restaurants around and the Eiffel Tower view close by.
Location is excellent. However, the room facilities is poor. The socket in the room was insufficient and the water drainage is poor. We needed to put the electric kittle on the bed when use it.
Hotel location good, but the room quite small, room cleaning service is good. Impossible to open two large luggage at same time. Bathroom very small. Price is reasonable but should be cheaper tbh. Overall 7/10
The location of Hotel Lilas Blanc is quite good close to public transport, cafes, and local shops, which makes it easy to move around Paris. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or recommendations.
The room was clean and well maintained, but quite small. smaller than expected for the price. It’s fine for a short stay, but may feel a bit tight if you have large...

Friendly staff, warm welcome. Clean rooms, I had a very good stay and I plan to return from time to time
Room is not same as picture. Old and not well maintenance. Good location, near MRT.
I made a reservation because it was close to Montpanasse Station. The location and value for money are good.
The facility as a whole was old, but the bathroom was clean.
Shampoo and body soap were provided, which is rare in foreign countries.
There were what looked like bed bug feces on some of the sheets. (I'm sorry if I'm wrong. Also, even if it is, I think it's after washing.)
When I discussed this with the man at the reception, he immediately responded. This person was extremely friendly and gentlemanly
All good. Provided the good price , less than other hotels around but the same quality.

Good hotel near the Parc des Princes stadium
Absolutely fantastic, I'll be back!
If you are traveling for Business, this is not a suitable hotel. The rooms are pretty tiny and difficult to move in.
There is no kettle in the room to boil water and no other beverages. Once you check in there is 1 bottle of water, and 2 Nespresso Pods and a packet of sweets.
The internet is really bad, bad reception and extremely slow. Could not make use of the hotel internet and had to make use...
Small , Comfortable , fridge and kettle missing.
Room small but comfortable. There was a smell in the bathroom and toilet every time we went in. There was a coffee machine but there was no kettle to make a cup of tea. Also there was no fridge to keep our drinks. Staff were nice and helpful. My husband and I only had breakfast which was ok. Hotel could have been better for the price we paid.
Beautiful hotel with restaurants and transportation (metro) at walkable distance! Staff friendly and very helpful! We will definitely consider coming back to this hotel!
Quaint colourful hotel. Neat. No laundry service though. Free wifi. Difficult to work the coffee machine. Pleasant stay.
However be careful when stepping out of the room as it opens too close to the staircase.
What's nice is they have a toilet even downstairs at the reception.

Timhotel offers a great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast is enjoyable, rooms are a bit compact. but overall, it’s a cozy and convenient choice for travelers.
The location was very good but very small rooms
Overall is good, but there is a female black receptionist quite rude. Pointing me while speaking.
In a fantastic location for the Eiffel Tower, restaurants or the metro. Extremely clean and tidy, the staff are friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Good location, friendly receptionist ,good for short stays, easy access to metro, walk distance to effil tower, toilet was congested, too small
Went there with my best pal and I must say we had no issues during our 3-day stay. You get your money's worth. Walking distance from most of the great sights in Paris. Nice food around. A very nice hotel with a welcoming and professional staff. I highly recommend it. It's well located.
This price point this price can accept some disadvantages Overall ok
👎🏻:
There is a gap under the shower door. The water will leak out and get wet all over the floor
Take a shower and suddenly the water will be very hot. I almost got hot several times
The lift is relatively small but it doesn't matter
👍🏻:
Location ok less than 10 minutes walk from Line 4 Alesia
Walking at night is not dangerous
For...
The environment and service attitude are very good, but the hose could be bigger and better when showering. lift is a little less, okay, no need to walk the stairs 🤣, the location is very convenient, from the train station to take the subway about 20 minutes or so, then walk 3-4 minutes to the hotel, a big straight road, travel is not convenient 👍
The hotel fulfilled my expectations and that's why I gave it 5. The location is excellent, near metro 4, which is one of the best metro lines.
A cozy hotel with excellent staff service. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, though the shower was a bit small. Breakfast was very good, and I appreciated the location in a quiet, residential area, yet still close to restaurants, shops, and the subway. For the price, it would be hard to find anything better in the area.
The hotel is in a quiet location, the room and bathroom were super clean. The breakfast is great and the staff very friendly and accomodating. Those liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom do need to be checked and refilled though (mine was empty), but that's my only very minor complaint.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Royal Phare in mid-September, 2010. Size: Small but big enough. Cleanliness: The room and bathroom were clean. Bathroom: Private bathroom. The shower is extremely small. Just barely big enough to squat to the floor if you drop the soap. Great water pressure and plenty of warm water. Not much space or “hook points” to hang a clothesline. Location: This...
Didn’t like entrance, squishy with luggage and lots of stairs. Had to send luggage up by itself and partner went up stairs to get it cause elevator only fit 2 people very squishy. Eiffel Tower view was amazing so worth it. Location was good, staff somewhat helpful. Don’t bother with breakfast there. Metro close but extremely busy wouldn’t recommend with luggage unless just 1 small bag.
This incredible hotel is located just a short walk away from the Eiffel Tower! On the street it’s located on, there is a grocery shop just next door, lots of restaurants alongside & across the road, a souvenir shop with gifts, and a staircase leading underground to the metro station. While visiting Paris as a tourist, I stayed here for a couple days and the rooms are very comfy, the rooms also offer...
Location location safe metro outside no where to sit in the day very small room no extra coffee pay for extra there was not breakfast that was worth paying for. If you plan on dropping your bags and never being at hotel it is a good location but if you like eat and relax in common area have a drink this is not the place.
Great location in the Kensington area away from the major tourist areas.
Simple but totally acceptable small hotel in a fantastic locale, easy walking to Eiffel tower and other sites in a characterful treelined neighborhood. Everything one could expect from an (relatively) inexpensive, just for sleeping, accomodation. Good.

We had bought a disability room, but if we had walkers or walking sticks, the room was not adequate. There was a stool in a corner trapped by the furniture requiring it to be lifted high to clear the area.
The shower floor was slippery without a mat and a touch dangerous as we only had lotion to wash with.
Overall it was very tight.
Overall, it's a good hotel. The room needs to be cleaned better, and the facilities are a bit dated, but that doesn't affect the stay. The front desk staff are very helpful! Highly recommended.
The neighborhood is very safe, less than a five-minute walk from the subway station. There are many restaurants nearby, and a Carrefour is also just a five-minute walk away, open until 10 PM.

Despite the room is small, but it has everything that we want. It even have a safe deposit box ! The location is superb and near to metro , making our trip more convenient. It’s located in a safe zone and centric location of Paris and there are plenty of eateries nearby too !
The truth is that we were scared because of the comments we had read about the room being very small etc. But from the first moment the receptionist (Italian, I don't remember his name) treated us very well. The best thing about this hotel is its great location near everything. I would best describe the hotel as not terrible, but not great either. Just an ok place to crash for the night.
Extremely well located and staff super friendly and helpful. The floor we stayed on was a little old with carpets but no ventilation (it is a Parisian old building so you can’t expect much). Nonetheless, I would definitely go back there.
Everything was great! Staff terrific! Location great! Overall experience amazing !

About a nice 15 minutes walk to the Eifell tower. There is a restaurant right on the corner that does some nice food and across the street and around the corner a really nice bakery that will make you try everything.

The room is too close to the elevator, not able to sleep well during the night
Very elegant, clean and close to all the places.
The room had just been painted, and there was a strong paint smell. The lobby downstairs was also under renovation, with a pungent paint odor that made it hard to stay there for long. The location is very convenient, right above the subway station. I think it would be at least six months before the smell subsides enough to be bearable.

Road construction

This was a lovely hotel in a nice and walkable neighborhood. There were restaurants and grocery stores within a block. Easy to walk to the Louvre and Eiffel tower.
