Very happy during our time here. We have been here for 4 days and 3 nights, and it has been all good.

The rooms are new, the bed and pillows are comfortable and clean.

The bathroom is new. The staff were nice and helpful at all times. You have two subway lines just around the corner (12 and 6), which bring you to most of the main attractions.

Unfortunately, they don’t have a small fridge inside the room. I believe it would elevate the guests' experience, however, they have a fridge where they can keep your things for you. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants around. 20 min walking from the Eiffel Tower.

The breakfast was included in our rate. It’s simple, but okay, they don’t have scrambled eggs, they provide you with eggs and a boiling machine to prepare them. That was a minus for us, because it takes time to be prepared and once it’s done, takes time to be able to peel it (hot).

Overall our stay was good and I highly recommend them.

Wow. We loved this hotel! It was perfect for a 2 person adventure. It was a nice, tight room with a comfortable bed and a big TV. The bathroom was small but just what needed. Unlimited hot water. Now for the location. It was perfect. Felt safe the whole time with great spots to eat all around. Not to mention that the Eiffel Tower is just a hop, skip, and throw away. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing.

During our four-day stay, we never had access to hot water for showering. We reported this issue every day. First, we spoke in person with one receptionist, who repeatedly told us that a technician was fixing the problem. However, both the shower and the tap on the second floor never provided hot water, despite being told that it was working on the ground floor.

A few days later, we contacted the hotel again by phone and spoke with a second receptionist. We were told that the issue would be forwarded to the manager, but after several days we never received any follow-up or explanation. This made us feel ignored and not taken seriously.

We do not believe it is acceptable to welcome guests if the hotel cannot provide basic services such as hot water, nor if there is no willingness to properly address these issues, especially considering the money guests pay for their stay!!

Additionally, early in the morning the cleaning staff were shouting and laughing loudly to communicate from room to room, showing no consideration for guests who were still sleeping.

Overall, a very poor experience that does not meet the basic standards expected from a hotel.

The WORST experience I’ve had in Europe🚫‼️

On the very first night, the temperature was –1°C, yet there was no hot water in the room. After asking the front desk, we were told it would be fixed “soon.” However, by 11 p.m. nothing had been resolved. When I went back to ask again, they told us it wouldn’t be repaired until 1 or 2 a.m. Their attitude was dismissive and unfriendly, and they even said that it wasn’t just our room—the entire building had the same problem, as if that somehow made it acceptable.

Entering and exiting the hotel was also incredibly inconvenient. The main door cannot be opened with the room key and requires staff at the front desk to unlock it. Unfortunately, staff were often not present, which meant we frequently had to wait outside for a long time just to get in or out of the hotel. Completely unacceptable.

On the day of checkout, despite checkout being at 11:00 a.m. and us clearly hanging a “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping opened our door without permission at 9:30 a.m. This was a serious invasion of privacy.

Absolutely do NOT recommend this place.
If negative stars were an option, I would gladly give minus ten stars.

One of the sweeties holiday has happened to us, me and my mom. That was a true dream to visit Paris and we deeply felt in love with this city and this hotel. The hotel itself is not very big and it makes it so special and comfortable (in spite of the fact that the hotel was full we didn't meet other guests that much, like it belonged only to us). We finished our Europe trip in Paris and it was the best decision to choose exactly this hotel, the best one in our trip. Room is not that big and there is nothing wrong with it, because it is a Paris feature, you should be ready to it wherever you stay. But in reality we were very impressed by the room we lived in. It was very sweet, cute, and made our holiday very comfy. Many thanks to management and stuff. It is a huge work, potential and talent itself to make a little space so cozy, convenient, handy and harmonic. Magic. We liked it so much. Especially people made it so special. All stuff is sweet and hospitable. Very polite, kind, respectful and helpful (in the best French traditions). If we needed something, stuff was always willing to help us and kindly meet all of our requests. Housekeeping did its best. Room was always clean and neat. They did professional work on daily basis, such a hard work. Many thanks to them. Location is great as well. You can literally find everything you need in the neighborhood. Lots of markets, stores, cafes and boulangerie. There are 2 metro lines just in short walking distance. It really takes little time to get to most of Paris sights. We walked to Eiffel Tower almost every evening to catch sparkles just within 15-20 minutes, enjoying architecture on the way. Paris is brilliant. Made our heart melting. An open museum under the sky. It truly deserves so much attention and billions of admirations. We felt in love and didn't want to leave it. I wish this hotel prosperity, thankful and respectful guests from the bottom of my heart. Hope to come back again very soon! Bisous!

The elevator goes up half a floor, so it is inconvenient for travelers. It is inconvenient to move luggage. The room is small and it is not suitable for two people to put luggage.

Was okay overall, but i dont think thats enough for 3 stars hotel.

The place is very well located, the room is nice and very clean. I only lowered the star because I couldn't use the TV and the WiFi only works in the entrance. Everything else is great, the staff are very friendly!

Clean and well located hotel.
Considering the other options in Paris, very good value for money.

The staff was very friendly, but the shower only had cold water.
