Great location, easy to get around, my only criticism was the lack of tea , and water provided in my room which made me call several times to reception but apart from that a comfortable stay and an extra thanks to houda who made me and my mum lovely cappucino she was very lovely!

When I was looking for a hotel to stay at, I was confused by the small rating. I don't understand who gives low marks to this hotel, but I guess the competitors are .We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and the experience is very-very good. It is very difficult to find such perfect location for such low price.Every day when you leave the hotel and look to the right -you can see the Arc de Triomphe😍Now you can understand how convenient the location is. The rooms are small, but the hotel is very beautiful, with a fresh renovation. The administrators are polite. If I return to Paris, now I know where I will stay 100%

From when we entered the receptionist had attitude. The room is tiny. Both room 47/48 had issues including the sliding door did not close in the bathroom, really poor design and also there was no screen in the shower, water everywhere! Safe did not work and when I explained the the team, they made out like I didn’t know how to use a safe and were getting angry. Best moment was when I checked out.
