This hotel is more convenient and has a Carrefour supermarket nearby, which is great.

Road construction
There was road construction outside and they began very early before 7am which was not noted on site. Therefore was not able to get a full nights rest

It was smaller than I thought, but it was enough to just sleep while staying outside. I also like the 24-hour front desk operation. The location was great for using Trocaderora Station or taking tours.

The reservation desk is not easy to talk to. We asked to add additional night on our reservation, and we lost the room because they were basically looking on a wrong date which was really inconvenient because we had to transfer from one hotel to another. Hope that improves.

Clean and delicious breakfast, but the rooms are a bit small and you can hear everything from the next room. Some rooms don't have refrigerators and the shower room is too small.

Adequate price, good breakfasts, location and very friendly staff. Respect to the guy at the reception - he lent us a phone charger and printed boarding passes for the return fly. Recommended!

Called receptionist 12/4/21 9:50pm- was attempting to book via booking.com and there appeared an error on the night of 12/18 (price of room $280 when all other nights listed were $161). I tried explaining error to man who answered the phone- he was impatient- telling me to call booking.com and the price would be what was listed on booking.com. Gentleman didn't even listen to my explanation before telling me there was no mistake then hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

Nice hotel, stayed there for three nights. clean rooms. simple breakfast but the location is super if you wish to stay in Trocadero Place.
