Overall, this hotel is quite good for Paris, especially the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient. However, there were a few issues: the Deluxe room (which we booked) was quite small for a five-star hotel (advertised as 20m², but actually smaller – see photos). There was a garment steamer in the room, but we couldn't find a hairdryer. While shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, a bathrobe, and slippers were provided, there was no hand soap. The room was cool (it was December), and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted for heat. We only stayed one night, and didn't have the energy to go to reception with these concerns, though I'm sure the staff would have resolved them. You expect a certain level of service as standard from a hotel of this caliber, not something you have to request. Despite the high rating and all the positives, we wouldn't stay here a second time.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. I was only there for one night as this was a stop over for my travel to Nice, France. However, myself and my sibling had the best room, with the most draw dropping view of the Eiffel. The indoor pool on the lower level was also a bonus as Paris was experiencing a heat wave. It was the perfect amenity to relax in during the hot weather. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Troccadero vicinity.

The dust is still there
They didn't take the water glasses that were finished drinking..
They threw away the soap bubble net that was on the sink
If you think something is missing, it's under the bed, but it seems like they dropped it and didn't pick it up. There's a lot of dust here
Still, the staff is friendly, but the cleaning noise is really loud
You can never see the Eiffel Tower from the room except on the top floor ㅋㅋ
You can see it very well when you go outside
There's a big mart right in front and many restaurants, so it's easy to get to, but we took a taxi so we didn't have to~ And for this price, I'd rather go to an Airbnb where you can cook
+You can turn on the room heater and the hot water comes out very well, which was nice~
There's a coffee machine, but no coffee pot

The room is a bit small, but that's the same as in all European hotels. Instead, the soft bedding and the view you see as soon as you step out of the building make up for it. The staff are very friendly.

Definitely not 5 star, the breakfast was terrible, no cheese or meats in their continental selection imagine being in France and not having cheese at the breakfast buffet, some stale pastries and bread and only butter and orange jam that is it, no fresh fruit or items to eat with bread. Very poor for this price and “5 star” no point in getting breakfast option with your booking! All other hot breakfast you have to pay extra. Rooms are tiny, toilet/bathroom near the bed, small wardrobe. Reception was rude (Spanish man working day shift), he didn’t acknowledge I am a Marriott member, didn’t give us early check in, in fact purposely waited till 3pm to give me the room out of spite, and no upgrade (said they have no availability) considering it was my birthday. But the lady receptionist in the evening gave someone else an upgrade so they had availability. Not worth the money, hotel is tired and certainly not 5 star!
