The breakfast area was as chaotic as a wet market, and the management was a total mess. The TV didn't work, the facilities were in a severe state of disrepair, the AC was leaking, and there was a bad sewage smell coming from the floor drain. The hotel was overwhelmed with tour groups, and nobody helped with our luggage. Staying here six times has shown me the dramatic decline in this hotel's quality. I will never stay here again.

Had a pleasant stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to public transport, making it easy to explore different parts of Paris.The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a modern and spacious feel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for a stay in Paris. Would happily stay here again.

Extremely satisfied! Before checking in, I mentioned it was our honeymoon, and the hotel arranged some special decorations and even gave us chocolates. The hotel facilities are very complete, with toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes all provided. The minibar is also free to use. Plus, there's a sky bar on the top floor where you can make a reservation in advance to watch the Eiffel Tower light up at night. The entrance fee is 25 euros per person (including one drink), which I felt was quite worth it.

The only thing I'd complain about is breakfast. It gets incredibly crowded, and there are long queues for coffee and omelets. It's mainly simple meals like bread.

We often stay at Pullman hotel when we travel to france. This time everything was bad.. I asked for the baby crib when I booked online because I knew we would check in late, it wasn’t there. We asked for them to bring it up asap, it took atleast 30min.. when we arrived in the room the towels l, bed sheets and robes were disgusting.. the phone was broken so we couldn’t call the front desk, and the AC unit area was moldy.. after almost one hour we changed rooms. It was 11:00 by the time we settled down and finally ordered room service, nothing on the menu was available! Except for ONE club sandwich and a yogurt. When we received the food, the sandwich was still half frozen and the yogurts lid was open.. we called the front desk to complain and they bought up two more OPEN yogurts.. the next night, there was a banging noise at 11pm for almost one hour, and we checked the reviews online, many people complained about their door opening during the middle of the night so we slept with suitcases in front of the door.. very disappointing stay. I don’t think we will ever pick this hotel again.

This hotel offers a refreshing modern minimalist style, a complete departure from traditional Parisian classical hotels. The interior design is sleek and contemporary, with spacious rooms and clean lines.

The 32nd-floor Skybar is undoubtedly the hotel's biggest selling point! It offers panoramic views of the entire city of Paris, and the scenery is absolutely stunning.

The room sizes are significantly larger than most older hotels in Paris.

The modern and minimalist decor includes a large desk, perfect for working or organizing your luggage.

The room was spacious. The 35 Euro breakfast per person was not really worth it. Check-in was very crowded. I remember many years ago, when I stayed at the Pullman in Paris, there was no deposit required. Now it's 100 Euros deposit per night. I tried the Sky Bar; the Parisian night view was breathtaking, except for the dark Montparnasse Tower right next to it.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good. The facilities are brand new, and the elevators are efficient. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. The room is well-equipped, and its high floor offers great views overlooking Paris and the surrounding area. The only downside is that the bathroom is too large, and there's no glass door for the shower. It gets incredibly cold when showering with the AC on, and even after turning off the AC the next day, it was still chilly. I strongly suggest installing a glass door for the shower.

This hotel is a brand new, five-star property under the Accor Group in France. It boasts a very smart, modern, and stylish design.

The location is incredibly convenient, with a metro station right outside the hotel entrance, making it easy to get to any attraction. Right next to the hotel is a huge, two-story supermarket, offering a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, food, cosmetics, and more.

The 32nd-floor Skybar is very popular and open until 2 AM. We heard it offers views of the Eiffel Tower, but we didn't have time to visit. I'd suggest avoiding rooms on very high floors to escape the bar's music.

The hotel's gym is fantastic! It's fully equipped and has a great atmosphere. Plus, there are many restaurants near the hotel, and the stand-up pizza and pasta places are incredibly delicious!

I highly recommend this hotel!

Very busy during the summer holidays, the rooms are clean but the bathrooms are weirdly designed. We got a double bed since we were travelling with kids and there were two ways of entering the bathroom with a curtain. The breakfast is nice. People could smile more.

Minus - 1. The hanger carry the shampoo, body wash and conditioner was broken when we arrived.
2. Wanna go to sky bar but not allowed if in a causal wear even though we stayed 3 nights there
3. Whole floor is wet when taking bath as the shower area is not fully covered

Plus - 1. Nice and comfy bed and pillows
2. Location is extremely convenient if walking distance to Eiffel Tower is not a must
3. A/C functions good under hot weather
