This property is beyond 5 star! Beautiful, comfortable, large, staff was amazing, and stay was perfect. Wish we could have spend more days at location but it was already booked. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

Nice stay with family at this hotel. Very nice big room. Kids also enjoyed the pool given it was a really hot day. 10 min walk to Arc de triumph.
Champagne bottle in the room was nice touch.

DONT TAKE THE BREAKFAST. Inedible and when I asked manager to remove charge she basically brushed me off and told me she would credit my next stay. She told me she would send me an email immediately that was 10 hrs ago. I am very disappointed how un professionally she handled the issue.

Great hotel. Staff made every minute feel special and pampered. Walking distance to key sites, but tucked away and quiet from the crowds. Rooms were very nice and suprisingly spacious contrary to some Paris hotel rooms reputations.

Great Hotel for Family Vacation
A wonderful property with plenty of space for our family of six. It is also a central location near the Arc de Triumph that made everything walkable or easy access to the trains. We utilized the swimming pool, steam room and the daily breakfast buffet which was wonderful. The concierge was extremely helpful and would recommend this property to all my family and friends. I will be back to this property.

For a 5 star hotel the experience was really disappointing. As you can see per photos attached, the bathroom was dirty, and both the mirror and radiator were rusty. Most of the furniture was in poor condition with lots of nicks and scratches. There weren't any usb plugs and the internet didn't require password - meaning any hacker can easily steal personal information from any of the connected guests. Few toiletries - no toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving cream - and when I flagged it to the snooty receptionist I was told in France guests have to ask for the toiletries. Also booked a room with a bathtub but was given one with a only shower.

I visited end of january and booked 4 rooms as we were celebrating a birthday. I used to stay here a lot but it has gone downhill.

My room was opposite a delivery depot. There were so many deliveries between 2am - 6am that i could not sleep at all. Bins wheeling in and out, food deliveries and laundry for the Peninsula hotel. When i complained the only offer was to pay extra to move, which i think was very unfair given i had paid for a suite and booked 4 rooms. But without a choice i agreed. The porters told me it is a notorious part of the hotel and they all know it is extremely noisy. When I moved they moved me to a room next to one where there were builders so i still had a noisy time, and the smell of paint. The hotel it really going down the drain, the manager didnt care about any of these concerns. They are brandishing design awards from 2015 in the gym, where you can see it hasnt been touched since then, with mirrors stained, and waterfeatures with dirt on them. If you have a room on the old side the lifts in certain places dont get you there so you have to take a lift to a higher floor and walk across, making access difficult. Very disappointed, i will not be returning which is a shame as this was one of my favourites
