I have just stayed at Hotel Auteuil Tour Eiffel for the fourth time, and once again it exceeded my expectations. Visiting from Ireland, I am always treated with such kindness and warmth by the staff, which makes every stay feel special.
The rooms are spotlessly clean, with fresh towels provided daily, and they are wonderfully soundproof, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and I was lucky enough to enjoy a lovely view. I also really appreciate the little touches such as fresh tea and coffee in the room, along with complimentary still and sparkling water.
The hotel’s location is excellent. It is within walking distance of Galeries Lafayette and close to many metro stations and bus routes, making it very easy to get around Paris. The area feels safe to walk back to, even in the evening. The hotel is also right beside a Franprix and a lovely restaurant that we visit every time we stay, specialising in delicious pizza and pasta.
I have stayed here multiple times with my parents, my sister, and my boyfriend, and on every occasion I have felt safe, relaxed, and completely at home. This is truly a beautiful hotel and I will never choose another hotel in Paris.

we came to the hotel for 5/6 days and for the price we paid (1.2k€) we were extremely disappointed. the room is small, no fridge, the shower is small and there’s no pretty view out the window. we looked over it and still tried to enjoy our stay until we got home at night once and saw that we got a blanket with orange stains and blood on it. we instantly went downstairs and told them about it, they told us that we can get a new blanket in the morning, that we have to go downstairs AGAIN and explain it. We froze for the night without a blanket and at 9am i went downstairs again to explain it, the woman explained to me that they’ll change the sheets soon and i tried to explain again that it was not acceptable how we got a dirty blanket and had to sleep without a blanket in a cold room. she just weirdly looked at me, repeating herself in a rude tone. no apologize. no compensation. it surely ruined our mood. how can you give us “fresh new“ blankets with blood and grease stains?? afterwards the manager came upstairs and demanded us to throw the blanket in front of her on the floor in a rude way and kept asking us where the stains are. we showed them to her and again, no apology :) what a waste of money.

Pretty decent hotel. Modern area. Was hoping for more authentic parisien neighbourhood. Not very close to metro. Missing some luxury in rooms. Missing towels, fridge and coffee machine. Basic.

The staff's service was consistently good, and the facilities were clean. The breakfast was decent and of good quality, though it lacked variety, as they offered pretty much the same items every day and didn't have fresh juice.
On the downside, we were informed that the bottled water in the room would be charged, which we thought was a poor detail, although we didn't end up using it or getting charged for it. We were also charged €100 for taxes, which seemed excessive and unclear. Furthermore, the room had a drain smell every time we entered, which was quite unpleasant.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there are several aspects that need improvement to justify the price paid.

Very disappointing stay, not recommended at all !
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights / 5 days, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing from start to finish.
The room was extremely small and poorly equipped. Surprisingly, there was no refrigerator at all, which is quite unacceptable even for a basic hotel. The room was not warm enough, the water pressure was very weak, and it took a long time for the hot water to come.
The sound insulation was very poor; noise from other rooms and the hallway could be heard very easily. The view from the room was awful, directly facing a hospital, which made the stay even more unpleasant.
On top of all that, the location was not good at all. Access to main attractions and tourist areas was inconvenient and time-consuming, which really affected our trip in Paris.
Overall, we were unhappy with almost every aspect of this hotel. I would definitely not recommend staying here , save your money and choose a better option.

The area where this hotel is located is relatively quiet, but it is very convenient to take the bus or metro. My room was small, but the bathroom was fairly spacious. The room carpets were light-colored and show many stains, but the bed was very clean and was made every day. The only negative impression was a white female front desk staff member, who was very cold throughout check-in and when answering questions, with not a single smile.

This hotel is really great! The rooms are spacious and clean. I'd definitely book it again next year. It was a wonderful experience, and it's also very close to the attractions. I feel like it's a very good value-for-money hotel in Paris, highly recommend it!

We have stayed in this hotel several times. The location is excellent but the hotel is wanting in other respects. Although the room was cleaned daily, the floor was not vacuumed. We asked for more tea bags only to be informed that the ration we were assigned at the outset was all we were permitted. Given the amount we paid for the room, this seemed needlessly cheap. In the mornings, I was told I was not allowed to work in the breakfast area, although no one was there - so instead, I had to sit on the sofa in the lobby.
