Housekeeping is not good they don't take all the garbage and sometimes she forgets her staff! When I asked her for more tissue and water she said no! (I can understand no for water but why no for tissue!!! )
The people at the reception were not bad but there was a very good one with blonde hair and wearing glasses he was very very helpful and also a lady I think her name is Anastasia so thanks a lot to them!
When I checked out my family and friends were still staying at the hotel ( by the way we had an apartment and 4 largest rooms ) I asked the receptionist if I could make a late check out to 1 pm and he said No without at least checked his system “he said we are fully booked” !!
Last thing I asked for a taxi to the airport and I checked with him to confirm the price was 57 € and he said yes when I arrived At the airport the taxi driver surprised me with 75€!!
So, in my opinion people are the most important thing in a hotel and how to deal with customers and give them very good services!!
