Good location
The room: Premium room was nothing premium. Decent size and quite basic. Key card slot wasn't working properly making it difficult to get lights on. Toilet was running all the time so flushing didn't work properly.
Breakfast was quite basic, something to expect at budget hotels.
Hotel didn't reply to emails.
Not recommended.
My stay at the Radisson Blu Boulogne in Paris fell well short of what one should expect from a 4-star hotel. The first room we were given had a non-functional air conditioning system in the middle of summer, which was unacceptable. We were moved to a second room, but unfortunately, the issues continued: the bathtub wouldn’t drain properly, the electric panel in the room emitted strange, intermittent noises, coffee machine was dirty and the water temperature in the shower was consistently lukewarm to cold.
We requested assistance when moving rooms due to these problems, but were refused. I emailed the hotel (with video evidence) after our stay and followed up a week later, but never received any reply — a clear lack of accountability and customer service.
This was a deeply frustrating experience, and I genuinely question the legitimacy of many of the glowing reviews for this property. Based on the condition of the rooms and the unresponsiveness of the staff, this hotel does not merit a 4-star rating by any reasonable standard.
I do not recommend staying here, and I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision.
Over a month later and nothing - no response from the hotel at all.
