I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Basic Apartment. Don’t even want to provide us the in-house slipper. The hotel told us that this as apartment instead of Hotel, so cannot provide to us the slipper. But the price we paid about same to the hotel.

The technical team at Mercure Boulogne Paris shows strong responsiveness to urgent issues and good teamwork. To improve further, we should focus on better follow-up for non-urgent requests and clearer communication with reception after repairs. I stayed at the Mercure hotel for 3 nights. The room was spacious and fairly basic, but comfortable enough for a short stay. This is my favourite Marriott! The service is what stands out, especially Anna Karina in the breakfast room, but really the entire staff was amazing. We loved a few glasses of champagne too! I just love the whole Parisian atmosphere of every room. Thank you for making our stay exceptional.

The neighborhood feels very safe and calm. There are lots of small coffee shops around, giving it a lively, local vibe, and plenty of convenient dining options. Plus, it's very close to the subway station.

Excellent value for money and great service. I stayed one night at Disneyland in between, and the hotel conveniently stored my large luggage, which made my trip much easier.

We stayed in this pleasant and charming hotel for 3 nights in December and we really enjoyed it. The location is best, only 50 meters from Etoile and the famous streets of Paris. The hotel is a bit old, but it has a very Parisian feel to it. I've stayed here twice now. The staff downstairs collect the keys every day, so it feels quite safe. It's right next to the metro exit.

We are disappointed that there is instruction next to the hotel, the view of the Arc de Triomphe is totally blocked. Also, strong smell of **** in the hotel room from our next door during our stay. However, the reception was helpful enough to help us arranging airport shuttle during peak times.

The bathroom is newly renovated, the location is great, right next to a subway station, and the front desk service is very thoughtful.

The hotel boasts a charming European vintage decor. The service was excellent! They use traditional keys, and you can leave yours at the front desk when you go out. It's right by the Arc de Triomphe and very close to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was a bit simple, though.

Located in a residential area, it's close to subway and bus stations, and about half an hour from famous attractions. The environment is very clean and tidy, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and there's a small mini-bar on the first floor. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean and quiet place away from the city center.

The room we were given was really small even with Paris standards. No space to even walk around after the bags were opened. I booked a medium room, not the smallest. Can’t imagine how the smallest room must be like. Make sure you ask about the room or go see it first.

The hotel service is very good. After checking in, the staff will introduce you to the hotel's dining locations. The hotel lobby provides free coffee, chocolate drinks and water all day long, which is very considerate! The room is clean and bright, with a small terrace and windows that can be opened. But please note that the hotel rooms are not big and the toilets are of normal size.

We loved this boutique hotel close to the champs Elysee! We had a family wing that had 2 rooms enclosed by one common door for our family. The space is great for a place in the heart of Paris. Location good, next to Arc De Triumph but as soon as I walked in the person at the reception was rude, not a welcome, nothing. The rooms were "okay", I payed €260 for one night thinking I'd get a good room but unfortunately not I got no view that is shown on google photos and it was old and had random noises during the night, bed is very small for 2 persons.

Paris is such an interesting and activity filled space that the hotel doesn't feel super important. We most spent our time here sleeping but the room was comfy and nicely appointed. We stayed in a courtyard room which was more modern than the rooms in the upper floors. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean but not very spacious, yet fully equipped. It's very close to the exhibition center, and there are various restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's a convenient hotel for business trips to Paris, and transportation is also convenient. Metro line 12 goes directly to Gare de Montparnasse, and there's also a tramway.

Well, it's actually a pretty good hotel, but I can't understand how it got four stars. The rooms are small, the shower stall has a half-door, and even with normal use, water constantly drips onto the floor. Plus, the breakfast is pretty weak for €25.
