I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is convenient and makes it easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Basic Apartment. Don’t even want to provide us the in-house slipper. The hotel told us that this as apartment instead of Hotel, so cannot provide to us the slipper. But the price we paid about same to the hotel.

The technical team at Mercure Boulogne Paris shows strong responsiveness to urgent issues and good teamwork. To improve further, we should focus on better follow-up for non-urgent requests and clearer communication with reception after repairs. These improvements will help us maintain high guest satisfaction and brand standards

I stayed at the Mercure hotel for 3 nights. The room was spacious and fairly basic, but comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff were lovely and helpful. The air conditioner was not as cool as we thought it could be. Had it on the lowest temperature (19C) and high fan but still couldn’t feel the air movement. So during the hot spell the room didn’t cool down a lot.

The hotel was perfect for our family of four. We had connecting rooms, which gave us the space we needed. Reception was always helpful and attentive. I fully recommend the Hotel Gustave, the rooms are very clean, the staff are kind and helpful, and the manager speaks English perfectly. The hotel was clean, had a beautiful ambience with attention to detail when i arrived. The staff were friendly and courteous. The only reason I didn’t give 5stars was because it was hot in the room for 3 nights and a bit uncomfortable. However this was resolved by the last night stay.

The neighborhood feels very safe and calm. There are lots of small coffee shops around, giving it a lively, local vibe, and plenty of convenient dining options. Plus, it's very close to the subway station.

The hotel is a bit old, but it has a very Parisian feel to it. I've stayed here twice now. The staff downstairs collect the keys every day, so it feels quite safe. It's right next to the metro exit.

We are disappointed that there is instruction next to the hotel, the view of the Arc de Triomphe is totally blocked. Also, strong smell of **** in the hotel room from our next door during our stay. However, the reception was helpful enough to help us arranging airport shuttle during peak times.

The bathroom is newly renovated, the location is great, right next to a subway station, and the front desk service is very thoughtful.

The hotel boasts a charming European vintage decor. The service was excellent! They use traditional keys, and you can leave yours at the front desk when you go out. It's right by the Arc de Triomphe and very close to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was a bit simple, though.

Located in a residential area, it's close to subway and bus stations, and about half an hour from famous attractions. The environment is very clean and tidy, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and there's a small mini-bar on the first floor. The room we were given was really small even with Paris standards. No space to even walk around after the bags were opened. I booked a medium room, not the smallest. Can’t imagine how the smallest room must be like. Make sure you ask about the room or go see it first.

The hotel service is very good. After checking in, the staff will introduce you to the hotel's dining locations. The hotel lobby provides free coffee, chocolate drinks and water all day long, which is very considerate! The room is clean and bright, with a small terrace and windows that can be opened. But please note that the hotel rooms are not big and the toilets are of normal size.

Cute hotel. Very close to metro, different stores and places to eat. Comfortable bed. Air conditioner worked properly. The only little drawback was that special smell that you can find in very old buildings. But it was not annoying and didn't spoil my overall positive impression of the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Great toiletries (L'Occatane), the breakfast was outstanding, and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We'd absolutely stay there again. Conveniently located next to the metro, and the Eiffel Tower is within walking distance. We loved the view from our corner room too. Only thing missing, was a hook or a rack to hang out wet bathing towels. (Though there was a heating rack)

The hotel is located in a nice, safe neighborhood and close to many attractions. The Champs-Élysées is an 8-minute walk away, and the Eiffel Tower is a 20-minute walk. Hotel room 206 was very noisy; at night, you could hear loud music from the neighboring building and people shouting. The cleanliness was good.

Considering the prices of other 4-star hotels in Paris, this hotel was reasonably priced and very satisfying. The room wasn't that big, so it was difficult to open a large suitcase. Also, they stored my luggage before check-in, and they carried it up to my room for me, which was very helpful. Thank you, even though it was very heavy. The photo is of the spiral staircase. The hotel’s location and room cleanliness were average. It is an older property, and the room design feels outdated, with a predominantly red theme. Perfect hotel for a getaway in Paris. I stayed at this lovely hotel for my trip and it was lovely. The room was clean and well styled, the staff were really nice and funny - absolutely loved it. It was walking distance from the Eiffel Tower which was great for a tourist! Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for your next Paris getaway.
