We stayed at this hotel for several nights and were disappointed; we expected much better based on the photos online.
Let's start with the positives: excellent location, with Porte Dauphine metro station a 10-15 minute walk away. The staff were very kind and attentive, with a special shoutout to the breakfast attendant who went above and beyond to please guests. The breakfast itself was varied and comprehensive, even offering halal options for those who require them (first time I've seen that in a hotel). Coffee and tea in the room were included in the price.
Now for the negatives: the hotel definitely doesn't deserve its 4-star rating. We booked a superior room, which was no different from a standard room. The common areas and elevator were very cramped, and the breakfast room was also tiny (you'll be practically dining with your neighbors). The room had terrible soundproofing; I could hear the neighbor snoring and people talking. The decor and furniture were old, and there was an odor on the carpets. The bathroom wasn't very clean.
We visit Paris regularly, and unfortunately, we won't be returning to this hotel. It's not worth the price paid.

Horrible, woken up at 6 a.m. because the kitchen is right next to the bedroom. Very poor soundproofing. My daughter had a separate room. Doors slammed everywhere and cleaning started at 8 a.m.

The location is very good, clean and quiet. You can walk to the Champs-Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe. The service staff is also very nice. If you are traveling for business, the price is actually very suitable. The 16th district is a very good area.

It’s a small boutique hotel, so I don’t expect too much about the facilities.
But I book my room with balcony which is cute. I had my own breakfast here everyday. The shower room was not working well. But after I reported it to the concierge then it was fixed immediately. So i will come back again for sure !

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the welcome we received upon arrival was particularly unpleasant, and we had to wait an hour to get our room. In addition, the window in our room did not close properly, and despite the problem being reported, no action was taken. We therefore spent two nights in very uncomfortable conditions, especially with the cold outside. All in all, our stay was mediocre and far from our expectations.
However, I would like to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the gentleman who served breakfast. He was the only positive point of our visit, bringing a touch of warmth and courtesy that was appreciated. I hope that the hotel can improve the quality of its service in the future."

The room is on the inner courtyard side so it was pretty quiet.
Location was great, close to many metro stations and good restaurants.
The staff on our arrival day was so nice.
Only downside was that the bed could be a bit more comfortable.
