We had a great night’s sleep at Mercure Paris. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with very lovely and helpful staff. The location was good, though it requires about an 8–10 minute walk to the nearest train station. Overall, a pleasant stay and a solid choice in Paris.

Simple hotel & breakfast menus need a little changes especially with guests that stay more than 3 nites. Pls take note bottle water is not included in this hotel. Supermarket is near by hence you can purchase it anytime. Dining is pretty easy and close by. Alittle quiet area hence just be on alert.

Breakfast was extensive and fresh. Staff very friendly with any and all requests. luggage storage available for early check in and late departure.

I made a reservation because it was close to Montpanasse Station. The location and value for money are good.

The facility as a whole was old, but the bathroom was clean. Shampoo and body soap were provided, which is rare in foreign countries. There were what looked like bed bug feces on some of the sheets. (I'm sorry if I'm wrong.Also, even if it is, I think it's after washing.) When I discussed this with the man at the reception, he immediately responded. If you are traveling for Business, this is not a suitable hotel. The rooms are pretty tiny and difficult to move in. There is no kettle in the room to boil water and no other beverages. Small , Comfortable , fridge and kettle missing. Room small but comfortable. There was a smell in the bathroom and toilet every time we went in. The room had just been painted, and there was a strong paint smell. The lobby downstairs was also under renovation, with a pungent paint odor that made it hard to stay there for long. It was smaller than I thought, but it was enough to just sleep while staying outside. I also like the 24-hour front desk operation. The location was great for using Trocaderora Station or taking tours.

The reservation desk is not easy to talk to. We asked to add additional night on our reservation, and we lost the room because they were basically looking on a wrong date which was really inconvenient because we had to transfer from one hotel to another. Hope that improves.

Everything was fine, there were some inconveniences with the entrance to the hotel, the first time we stood for a long time at the door until the owner opened it. The room was clean, the room is small, but cozy. It would be good to replace the doors in the shower, every time after taking a shower there is a flood in the bathroom.
