Terrific Location We felt it was good value for the price. The facilities were a little dated, the room was a little small, but the beds were comfortable and there were upholstered chairs for each of us. The location was terrific—very close to a Paris Metro station, so we saw many sights without need of a taxi or Uber. Breakfast was included and adequate.

I stopped by briefly to get to Gare Montparnasse. It's a great place to rest during my trip. It has an antique elevator and is located in a busy area, which is a plus. However, it's a bit noisy and not entirely clean. So so~

The cups were dirty and there was blood on the bathrobe, so it wasn't very clean. The room was older and smaller than it looked in the photos. The elevator was very narrow. I was grateful that they could refill the water for free. It's a little far from the main area, but it's close to the station and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Shock from returning to this hotel. It always had a minus - check-in strictly after the designated time (unlike other hotels, where they often check in much earlier, if there are rooms). This property was really nice and fairly clean. The main issue is that it is a bit of a distance from all of the tourist attractions. If you don’t mind somewhat long walks, 10-15 minutes, to find the metro station then you will be fine. Lots of grocery stores nearby and great bakeries.

The location is in the 15th arrondissement, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the subway station, but the distance is not scary. Stayed for 6 nights. I have to give 5 stars for all the hotel staff there. Everyone was kind and helpful. The bed is comfortable. However, the room is small and the faucet in showroom was difficult to adjust ( either too hot or too cold), the wall is paper thin so you can hear noise. The service was kind and polite. The air conditioning was broken. The bathroom shower had no wall or door, only a curtain, so the toilet got wet, which made it difficult to use. Everything was good about this hotel. The location is perfect and you can take metro just opposite to the hotel. Grocery store, great breakfast places and Mcd everything is walkable from this location. Rooms are not very spacious but I think thats just normal in Paris. The room wasn’t very large, but the bed was a decent size and the cleanliness was satisfactory. One of the main advantages is that the staff at the reception speak English more comfortably compared to nearby hotels, making communication easier. The distance to the PSG stadium is reasonable, the surroundings are quiet, and the metro station isn’t far, which makes it convenient.
