Plaza Tour Eiffel Hotel in Paris

I wish I could say the customer service here was more customer centric…. sadly it has a lot of work to do.

I booked a trip for a special occasion, (3 nights in London, before traveling to Paris for the last 3 nights), when I booked I didn’t realize the trip was non refundable. I understand at the end of the day that is my mistake but after the plans I had with my partner fell through the hotel offered no help, even with my trip was booked a year in advance.

They refused any service stating “They’re only doing what a business airline would do”. Delta actually met me half way and provided me half the miles for the flight….

The hotel in London understood my situation and showed the kind of service that aligned with a property that was not only understanding on a Finicial level, but more importantly a personal and people level.

In addition, I had friends that stayed at the The Hotel Plaza Tour Eiffel recently and said the service was lacking in many departments.

Next time I visit Paris I will overlook this property based off the level of service that was provided to me in this situation. Life happens and engagements fall through. I’d recommend being more accommodating to these outstanding situations, especially when the room was booked over a year in advance.
