Clean accommodations, helpful staff, great neighbourhood with many local food options, walking distance to many sites, subway a block away, quick walk to train station. There was a local market set up all along the street on the Sunday we were there.
Very quiet rooms. Clean. Great location for cafes and public transport. Small rooms / v. Small bathroom and felt dated but clean and functional. Friendly staff!
Room was very small, didn't think it represented good value for money. Staff were helpful
Room could have been cleaner. A few hairs in the bathroom, but the bedding was spotless. Shower however smelled really bad.
Overall it was a good stay for 2 nights. Staff were always helpful and friendly . Lots of eating options. For a 2 star hotel, it was very good. Lovely and clean.
Room was comfortable and staff was friendly. I got a coffee one morning and they charged me 14 euro for a full breakfast.

Small boutique hotel in the center of Paris. We walked from here to the tower, the Louvre, and most sites we wanted to see. It is not an american type so don't expect a lot of space in the room. But it has a small courtyard and tons of restaurants close by.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was excellent room was comfortable. Would stay again.
Pros in a day The front staff is fluent in a few languages for us they spoke perfect English we could understand and they could understand us. So it was nice to practice their language knowing if we messed up they would help us in English lol Clean hotel clean room And I couldn’t belive you can walk safely to the Eiffel Tower and the river. hop on a river taxi and hit so many landmarks not to mention...
Nice room. Central. Great Restaurants in street. Pleasant staff who speak English. Stairs but they’re putting a lift. Thanks
The Staff was so nice and always around if we had questions. It was an amazing stay !! I was worried as we did not know the area and all we knew was what we saw on line. It good not have been more perfect . I would give it 10 stars - all around and will definitely stay there again.
I recently stayed at this adorable hotel and had a lovely experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—even offering to carry my bags up to the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and having a private bathroom was a definite plus. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything and perfect...

Came here with my husband on our honeymoon and the stay was perfect! The hotel is located very close to metro stations and a walk to the Arc de Triomphe! Would highly recommend!
What a wonderful hotel! This charming boutique property features well-appointed rooms that are relatively spacious for Paris, complemented by a quaint lobby and reception area. The breakfast was excellent, and the hospitality exceptionally generous, with complimentary coffee, tea, still and sparkling water, and fresh fruit readily available. During our stay on December 31, 2024, we were delighted to...
Amazing location near Étoile/ Arc de Triomphe, with a small balcony and beautiful view. The reception is open 24/7 and staff was very polite while assisting with individual inquiries. Rooms are ok for Parisian standards, they are small but clean and have all necessary equipment and features you might want in a business hotel, e.g. generous coffee station, iron, water, complementary free snacks etc...
Gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location. The front desk staff were incredibly kind. It was a pleasant surprise to have not one, but two balconies in the room. Pretty views and excellent location
I selected this hotel due to its convenient location. I must say, the cleanliness, services, and staff are exceptional. The only drawback is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
The property is located in a very good position, close to the Metro. Walking distance from the Champs Elysee and the Tour Eiffel. The welcome at check-in was very nice and we were offered a free room upgrade that was appreciated. The room is relatively spacious and the bathroom was clean and with complimentary Rituals washing products. There was tea and coffee available in the room and the minibar...

Paris, 34 Av. de la Grande Armée, 17th arrondissement-Batignolles-Monceau 🧭 Map
The space is far too small. The staff is unfriendly, rude, and doesn't explain anything. They charge a much higher city tax than a 5-star hotel... and it's neither luxurious nor 5-star. The only good thing is its location.
The location is great, but the stairs to the assigned room were difficult.
Honestly I was nervous bc of all the negative reviews, but I guess maybe some people expect more out of a hotel than I do. The staff was very friendly, and spoke English. The location is amazing! Yes the rooms are small but I’m just sleeping at a hotel not hanging out. The room was clean and yes the stairs are annoying but it’s an old hotel, they aren’t claiming to be the Hyatt. For what you pay it...
Hotel is in a great location, with a Metro station at its doorsteps. However, the rooms feel old and used. Generally the hotel could benefit from a renovation. The breakfast was also rather modest (1 croissant, half a baguette, gem and coffee/tea) and not worth the asking price even by (poor) Paris standards.
Prices compared with the benefits. Hotel a bit outdated. Decor old France and old bourgeoisie : carpet thick red, bedding rattan.
The location is optimal and clean. If you do not expect the luxury of a great place in which to sleep.

Clean and affordable. Its very welcoming and staffs are nice
There was no AC. The room has a very heavy smell of cigarettes when we got in. The staff were nice though. Room was very old.
The room was very noisy on the street side!!!! No air conditioning or fan, it was over 30 degrees Celsius in the room, and the carpeting made it even more stuffy. It's a shame, because the hotel is well located.
2 Star hotel so didn’t expect much. Free WiFi, comfy bed, breakfast option if you wanna purchase it. 10 minutes walk to underground. 25 minutes walk to Roland Garros courts. Quiet and peaceful.
The metro stations are a bit far away, but not bad if you like walking. The hotel/building is a bit old, in my opinion, but it doesn't affect rest at all.
The facilities are a bit old, which causes some inconvenience. The room is small and has few furniture. The advantage is that it is quiet. The surrounding environment is good, there are many small supermarkets, and it is convenient to buy food and drinks. It is my favorite neighborhood. I may stay here again next time.

The room was clean and the service was good.
Beautiful hotel, very well located. I recommend booking several days in advance. Reasonable price. Clean. The only thing is, don't have breakfast at the hotel. It's expensive and there's not much choice for a buffet, and you constantly have to ask people to refill the empty dishes.
This is a great hotel, very clean and tidy. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The staff are warm and generous, and you can store your luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The soundproofing might be a bit lacking, but it's a minor flaw and doesn't detract from the overall positive experience.
The location was really convenient! The surrounding area was also great, with several coin laundries and restaurants, so we had no trouble finding anything. There was also a Monoprix nearby, so it was a win-win situation. If I come to Paris again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you. K.K & Y.K
The staff were very kind and always greeted us with a smile. However, our room was on the top floor and was like an attic, so although it was nice to have a bathtub, we couldn't stand up, which felt oppressive and inconvenient. It was very helpful that they could store our luggage for us after we checked out.
Location was the best and service was really good, it was close to everything

The bus stop is conveniently close, allowing easy access to major tourist attractions within about 30 minutes. The breakfast was pretty standard, but I was served by a very good staff member. The room was cleaned...
Very satisfied with our short stay, the welcome was very friendly. The front desk was excellent, and the room was well-equipped and pleasant. We will be back.
Great experience staying here. Very well-connected with public transport, safe and clean area and the rooms are pretty decent. The staff was kind and very helpful when we needed anything. Breakfast was decent and well-served. Overall very pleased with our stay
Good breakfast!!!! Front desk needs more smiles (daytime) - night time is ok Small table in front for socialization but nothing much toilet is small but functional small room and some room as one extra step to go down to floor (fall risk)
The reception staff was highly disappointing and rude. When asking about the key card policy, one staff member aggressively snatched the card and refused to provide a proper explanation. This unprofessional behavior seriously negatively impacted our stay. The view from the room was great
Very clean and quiet rooms, comfotable beds with new mattress, good breakfast, very helpul staff.

Needs better rating Hotel Harvey is a gem. Honestly, I am not sure why it doesn’t have more stars compared to the other 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed at during this same trip. The staff are wonderful and multi-lingual (English, Spanish and French for us), the rooms are great and location excellent.
Loved this hotel. Room large by Paris standards. Beautifully decorated and very clean. All staff really friendly. Very convenient for public transport, safe and lots of dining options nearby. Less that 10mins walk to Arc de Triomphe. Really lovely French boutique hotel and very good value.
What a delightful hotel! The staff are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. They showed a genuine interest in making sure to chat with us every time we left for the day and when we returned. Love the old school method of dropping your room key at the front desk when leaving. A true gem in the heart of Paris!
Conveniently located near both the Metro and RER, the hotel offers easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. I am accustomed to top 5 stars hotels, which this is perhaps not, but in the context of Paris, it’s both charming and surprisingly spacious. Be sure to include the breakfast option—it’s well-priced and worth it. One morning, my son asked for a banana. The kind lady managing breakfast...
Loved our stay of 6 nights. Staff was kind and friendly. Several nearby train stations. Quiet street.
Enjoyed our stay here! Our room was clean and offered two twin beds, bar soap, body wash, shampoo, a mini bar, AC, and a hairdryer. An iron was available downstairs. Lift available. Easy 5 minute walk to the metro. Restaurants and bakery nearby.

The hotel was pretty decent. I booked it mainly because it’s close to the bus stop for the FlixBus buses to Étretat. That’s basically all there is to say about it — it was fairly clean, but nothing particularly special.
Situated in a quiet quarter lots of amenities nearby with really friendly staff and a good breakfast
Clean room, friendly staff, shops and restaurants nearby, metro walking distance, breakfast buffet good
Great location for Rock En Seine festival but basic hotel which smells. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly but when the air-con was on it smelt of sewage. There’s not a lot to do in Boulogne but it’s a great place to stay for the Rock en Seine festival.

Excellent value for money. A quiet hotel with an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from Gare Montparnasse. The welcome is very friendly and the staff takes great care of their guests. I highly recommend this establishment.
Clean, simple, and close to the train station Room matches the description. Clean and well-maintained. 24/7 reception.

I've seen negative reviews about this hotel on this and other platforms, but our experience was quite the opposite. Based on reviews, we thoroughly checked our rooms for bedbugs and found none. Look, it is what it is... basic room in Paris. Bed and sheets were clean, so was towel, shower was hot, the important things were fine. Yesterday was 39C, and of course no AC, but the window worked, sorry neighbors, I needed that air. But cannot get more stars as was generally grimey.... not somewhere to take a loved one.
Very old hotel, not well maintained and quite dirty. Unfortunately we needed it urgently and had no other option. Very expensive parking. I do not recommend it!
We didn’t get the chance to actually see it due to the utter nonsense of EasyJet airline. This airline cancelled both flights to Paris that day, Eurostar was fully booked for the next week as well, so there was absolutely no way to get us on the other side of the sea. Staff was quite friendly, great location near the Eiffel Tower. The room was very small, but it all worked. For the price and location it was just perfect.
Staff available at front check-in area very helpful and gracious! Room was clean and fresh towels daily. Comfy duvet.
Liked that is was small, there was always someone at the desk, exercise of climbing the spiral stairs to mitigate our overeating, and clean, compact, and comfortable room. It had all that we needed.
Great location! Walkable to the Eiffel Tower and to many restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Loved the hotel and the staff was friendly and pleasant. The street got a little loud in the early hours of the morning (3am-4am), it sounded like deliveries to the nearby businesses, but we were expecting that due to the central location. It's a decent hotel. There's a supermarket, laundromat, bakery, and Chinese restaurant nearby, and it's close to the subway station, but the room facilities are old.
Great location! The subway station is right outside, making it super convenient to get to the exhibition center – just one stop away by metro, or a pleasant 20-minute walk with plenty of restaurants along the way.
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was good. It's right in front of Metro 12. It's fine for friends or couples, but I wouldn't really recommend it for family trips since you'd have to drive to Paris tourist attractions. Other than that, everything else was good. There's no fridge though.
It was okay. The front desk staff were very friendly, but the room was really small. The facilities were decent though; it even had an electric kettle, which many other hotels don't. Housekeeping was fine, but there were quite a few marks on the walls.
