Clean...and location near train station...near eiffel tower

The service was kind and polite.
The air conditioning was broken. The bathroom shower had no wall or door, only a curtain, so the toilet got wet, which made it difficult to use.
The Eiffel Tower is very close, about a 15-minute walk away, and the Monoprix supermarket is almost next door, so it was convenient.

Receptionists are polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast are with good variety, staff are polite and helpful.

Great hotel experience! The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The location was excellent, conveniently close to key attractions and transportation. I particularly appreciated the well-maintained facilities and the peaceful ambiance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good about this hotel. The location is perfect and you can take metro just opposite to the hotel. Grocery store, great breakfast places and Mcd everything is walkable from this location. Rooms are not very spacious but I think thats just normal in Paris.

Bonus- you also get a fantastic view of the Eiffel tower

Air con is not work, we keep calling the receptionist but no one answer in 10+ times. We Go down to the reception counter, we found he is talking with someone at the outside. We explain the air con was working before we left the room, he just told us the problem cannot be solved and asked us to sleep or open the window but noisy.

The facilities are not well, bedhead lamp is not work and the bedding is not in good condition. The bathtub has many stings. I think the room rate is higher than before double more, I think the service or facilities should be repaired or maintained in good quality or condition. Unfortunately we are very disappointed that they get 8.3 stars and posted at the reception.

The hotel is very good. Although the room is small, the front desk service is very good and the sanitation is clean. The biggest advantage is that the hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower. There are enough bicycles nearby. It is easy to use.
