We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been very satisfied. It’s about a 30-minute journey from Gare du Nord, including both the Metro ride on Line 4 and a short walk. The staff are friendly, the environment is quiet and relaxing, and the interior is charming. There’s also a large Carrefour nearby. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Paris and highly recommend it to others. (This photo is from a previous stay)

During my stay, Zohreh and Meisam welcomed me warmly, and they made me feel at home. The room is well-equipped with large beds. It was definitely beyond a three-star hotel.

I came over for the World Veterans Judo championships, the hotel was a 10. minute walk from Institute of Judo..
Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. even replacing the coffee capsules for the coffee machine!
I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, So different from many of the "chain" hotels.

I have returned time and again to Hotel Chatillon. I recently was acquired by new owners and management. All I can say is that the hotel is impeccable run, offers gracious service, is clean and comfortable and the rooms are beautifully decorated. There was plenty of heat and hot water for bathing. The continental breakfast offered was above par standing. the sitting area lounge was cozy. I will choose this hotel again. Its quiet and very discrete,

There is a gap under the shower door. The water will leak out and get wet all over the floor
Take a shower and suddenly the water will be very hot. I almost got hot several times
The lift is relatively small but it doesn't matter

Location ok less than 10 minutes walk from Line 4 Alesia
Walking at night is not dangerous
For 3 stars hygiene is very satisfactory did not see anything obviously unclean
The woman at the front desk was very nice to know that we did not accept our deposit without a physical card
If you want to store your luggage, it's nice that you can store it for two weeks
The room has a heating and cooling unit
There is a 24h reception
Overall at this price point this location is well recommended

It has been some years since our stay here. If we ever get a chance to visit in Paris again we will surely stay again. Room was very nice especially for the price. We could easily find the Metro and some nice restaurants. Location was quite which we also liked. There was no problem with communicating with us only speaking English. Loved our stay and still remember it fondly. We were in France for an add campaign for a local food company.

The environment and service attitude are very good, but the hose could be bigger and better when showering. lift is a little less, okay, no need to walk the stairs 🤣, the location is very convenient, from the train station to take the subway about 20 minutes or so, then walk 3-4 minutes to the hotel, a big straight road, travel is not convenient 👍
