This is my third time staying, and it is still amazing, staff are very helpful, rooms are great, the hotel is very family orientated and has a kids section that my kids really enjoyed when they got up and just before bed. Bar is very comfortable and staff are also very helpful. Full Marks all round, we will be back there next year for another stay. A big thank you to Kamira at hotel roissy restaurant in particular and all her staff there who went above and beyond to accomodate us they couldnt have been nicer . This is a great Hotel the location. The staff spotless clean cannot say enough good things about this. Hotel would definitely recommend it if anybody is going to Lourdes . You won’t be disappointed. Loved everything about it

Great location. 2 or 3 minute walk to sanctuary. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are small but have everything you need Hairdryer kettle and fridge. Highly recommended this hotel.

Food in the restaurant was raw and I got food poisoning when I was there which ruined my pilgrimage. The food was also very tasteless and it didn’t taste nice so we ended up getting food elsewhere (we had prepaid for the hotel dinner and there was no way of getting a refund for the food we didn’t eat) The rooms had black mould on the curtains and a very musty smell in them and you would’ve been better sleeping on the floor seeing as the mattress was so thin and hard and a fan kept us awake all night and a light shining right in our window didn’t make things much better. I asked reception in the morning for more toilet roll in the morning and I was away all day and when I returned that evening there was no toilet roll in the room at all. The bar was the only good thing about the hotel but it was very overpriced as other hotels in the area were offering the same drinks and snacks for nearly half the price. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it was the last place available I’d rather sleep on a sofa.

Booked a triple room, was clean and beds were super comfy. Location is amazing literally three minutes away from the sanctuary!! We loved our stay! It wasn't luxury but thoroughly enjoyable.
Plenty of coffee and tea options with a kettle and a machine also. Ladies at reception were very helpful and help to order a taxi as we had to catch a train in the morning.

This is a beautiful, well maintained, and welcoming place. Besides the short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Shrine, it offers a kid friendly atmosphere. Food is delicious and varied. They even have GF bread options. Parking is limited, so let them know through a call or email, after you book, if you need to park their. It is not free, but your car can stay there, even after checked out, four some hours.

Planned a trip to lourdes from Mumbai & it was such a pleasant stay in this hotel. Had booked it as it was nearest to the Sanctuary but the hospitality, food (Breakfast) & service was top notch. Hope I do visit lourdes once again in my lifetime & definitely would stay here again if that day comes.

this is the best hotel that I ever stayed in Lourdes. next to Sanctuary, cafe, shops, ATM, all just walking distance. very short walking distance. Some cafe open till midnight also the shops, so if we walk in the night it is safe.
Our Family stayed in a Family room, 1 room for 4 people. 1 double bed and 2 single bed, The room space quite spacious, so we can move around. The bathroom also clean and they have bidet in the bathroom.
They serve simple breakfast, egg, bread, fruits, yoghurt, enough for the whole day energy.
I surely will stay there again if I visit Lourdes again.

Staffs are very helpful and attentive. Bartender is very kind and friendly.
Good and honest people in Lourdes.
Hotel room is very old. Bathroom is damn and has a bad odour, it needs a good deep cleaning. The shower style is a bad idea. We stayed in room 237. Family from Canada.

It was clean.. nice people at the counter. Very helpful staff. Good food. It is a good location because it is near the santuary of Our Lday of Lourdes. No photos to share because i think the room needs more improvement. Again it was a cozy place to stay for the Holyweek

They charged me 8€ for an espresso!?!? 😠 These are the kinds of prices I would expect to see in Cannes at the height of festival, not in Lourdes at the beginning of winter.

I came here specifically for the food. I really enjoy the seafood rice from Spain; it's delicious and comes in a generous portion. However, the language barrier is a challenge as it appears they don't speak English. FYI, they do accept card payments.

Our stay at Hotels Vinuales during our pilgrimage to Lourdes was wonderfully surprising. Despite being redirected from Hotel Sainte Rose to Hotel Saint Sauveur due to renovations, the transition was smooth, and we felt well taken care of.

Access to Hotel La Solitude's indoor pool and the discounts offered at the chain's restaurants and shops were delightful bonuses. The hotels' proximity to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes made our spiritual journey convenient, and the cleanliness enhanced our enjoyment.

Visiting Lourdes was an awe-inspiring experience—one that everyone should have. The peace and tranquillity we found there have left a lasting impact on us. We eagerly anticipate reliving these cherished moments on our next visit.

The hotel all in all was great. The rooms were nice, clean and organised. However, the beds were a bit stiff. They had really good air conditioning and the showers were amazing. Plus, cleaners would come in every day to clean it and give us new towels. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the wifi. As soon as you come in, on a colum in the reception there is a poster that says “high speed WiFi”, however at the ground floor you only get a max of 40MB/s and in the room we were in which was the 7th fooor, we only got 2MB/s. For 2 nights the 3 of us paid a total of £293, which did include breakfast. I do think it is a bit overpriced, but if the wifi was as good as they said it was, I would have given them a higher rating.
