Our reservation was transferred from Angelic hotel to this dump. Very old hotel in my opinion should be rated as 1 star. Room too small, dirty carpet, beds squick every time you move. In a right mind no one would reserve this place and I’m sure others end up here just like we were placed by our hotel manager lying to us saying it’s a great hotel and better then hotel Angelic.

My mother’s wallet was stolen in the hotel room. The hotel show no interest to help. Their answer was “Not my problem! Go to the police!” Looking at previous comments I see that it wasn’t the first time that someone was stolen in this hotel. Be very cautious with them! And if you can, avoid them.

Simple hotel. Excellent cleaning. Each room only has one socket and it's not even in a suitable location. Staff are often unfriendly and when they don't understand what we need, they are rude. Tasteless food. Portuguese staff is polite and very helpful.

This hotel does not deserve more than 1 star: tiny rooms at the level of a cheap VVF), TV does not work, very mediocre food, everything is low-end; and should be renovated. (see attached photos). Our room faced another hotel where a very noisy blower was operating. We did not choose this establishment because we were part of an organized coach trip (60 people). Lourdes (14,000 inhabitants) lives mainly from tourism and has 144 hotels (that's all we see), making it the 2nd largest hotel town in France after Paris! So we have many other possibilities...

This hotel simply does not meet the stated standards of 3 stars at all. The approval dates from 2012 and must be subject to review every 5 years....There is therefore obvious deception. I quickly mention, cramped room, bathroom which includes toilet, TV not working (and when it works we are told that only 3 channels are possible??? absence of air conditioning (this did not bother me not embarrassed, we are in June, but for the summer nights?? What can we say about the breakfast, ... minimalist The staff is friendly, and is not responsible for all this "negative" but the management (). invisible) clearly doesn't care about its customers The money comes in, and that's the main thing!

They charged me 8€ for an espresso!?!? 😠 These are the kinds of prices I would expect to see in Cannes at the height of festival, not in Lourdes at the beginning of winter.

I came here specifically for the food. I really enjoy the seafood rice from Spain; it's delicious and comes in a generous portion. However, the language barrier is a challenge as it appears they don't speak English. FYI, they do accept card payments.

Our stay at Hotels Vinuales during our pilgrimage to Lourdes was wonderfully surprising. Despite being redirected from Hotel Sainte Rose to Hotel Saint Sauveur due to renovations, the transition was smooth, and we felt well taken care of.
Access to Hotel La Solitude's indoor pool and the discounts offered at the chain's restaurants and shops were delightful bonuses. The hotels' proximity to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes made our spiritual journey convenient, and the cleanliness enhanced our enjoyment.
Visiting Lourdes was an awe-inspiring experience—one that everyone should have. The peace and tranquillity we found there have left a lasting impact on us. We eagerly anticipate reliving these cherished moments on our next visit.

The hotel all in all was great. The rooms were nice, clean and organised. However, the beds were a bit stiff. They had really good air conditioning and the showers were amazing. Plus, cleaners would come in every day to clean it and give us new towels. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the wifi. As soon as you come in, on a colum in the reception there is a poster that says “high speed WiFi”, however at the ground floor you only get a max of 40MB/s and in the room we were in which was the 7th fooor, we only got 2MB/s. For 2 nights the 3 of us paid a total of £293, which did include breakfast. I do think it is a bit overpriced, but if the wifi was as good as they said it was, I would have given them a higher rating.
