The hotel's location is very good, very central. Unfortunately, it's very dirty, and all the furnishings are outdated and filthy.
I've never seen such a filthy place in my entire life.
The entire room was filthy and dusty, a nightmare.
I would close it down immediately.

Ideally located hotel, very low price (€60) per night, simple breakfast for €10. Very quiet, renovated room, clean and fairly spacious. However, the bathroom needs a complete renovation: black, moldy grout, everything is old and worn. Good welcome as well. No parking.

The staff do their best, but the working conditions seem very difficult. The room I stayed in wasn't particularly pleasant. There were no curtains on the windows, just double curtains that had to be kept closed because of the lack of privacy. The grout in the bathroom left much to be desired. The hair on the floor tiles left by the previous occupants was frankly unpleasant. That said, it was fairly quiet and the location was quite convenient.

The hotel is close to the sanctuary, which is convenient. Otherwise, everything needs improvement. The evening welcome was perfect. But the very next day, a disaster: breakfast for ten euros, honestly. It's not worth the microwaved leftovers, bread from the supermarket next door, two slices of ham, one slice of cheese, no hot water in our rooms, not even an apology from the staff, and the bathroom was filthy, especially the air vents. In short, I personally won't be going back.

1 night booked: room not as per photos, dirty curtains, broken sink, view of an iron staircase, shower curtain and old-fashioned decor in the bathroom. Fortunately, the reception was very good, otherwise we would surely have changed hotels.

We booked a room with a river view, but they upgraded us to a courtyard view without informing us of the change. The bedspread was stained and dirty, and when we flushed the toilet in the bathroom, a lot of water spilled onto the floor. We told them about it, and in the three days we were there, they were unable to fix it. We had to put towels on the floor to avoid stepping in the water. It was all bad.

I liked the hotel was near the ghetto and the shops it’s basic no soap’s or complementary stuff in the bathroom no kettle it’s good because it’s convenient to the ghetto and shops they do not speak English at all so that’s a bit of a problem good for just sleeping in basically

They charged me 8€ for an espresso!?!? 😠 These are the kinds of prices I would expect to see in Cannes at the height of festival, not in Lourdes at the beginning of winter.

I came here specifically for the food. I really enjoy the seafood rice from Spain; it's delicious and comes in a generous portion. However, the language barrier is a challenge as it appears they don't speak English. FYI, they do accept card payments.

Our stay at Hotels Vinuales during our pilgrimage to Lourdes was wonderfully surprising. Despite being redirected from Hotel Sainte Rose to Hotel Saint Sauveur due to renovations, the transition was smooth, and we felt well taken care of.
Access to Hotel La Solitude's indoor pool and the discounts offered at the chain's restaurants and shops were delightful bonuses. The hotels' proximity to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes made our spiritual journey convenient, and the cleanliness enhanced our enjoyment.

The hotel all in all was great. The rooms were nice, clean and organised. However, the beds were a bit stiff. They had really good air conditioning and the showers were amazing. Plus, cleaners would come in every day to clean it and give us new towels. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the wifi. As soon as you come in, on a colum in the reception there is a poster that says “high speed WiFi”, however at the ground floor you only get a max of 40MB/s and in the room we were in which was the 7th fooor, we only got 2MB/s. For 2 nights the 3 of us paid a total of £293, which did include breakfast. I do think it is a bit overpriced, but if the wifi was as good as they said it was, I would have given them a higher rating.
