I stayed one night at Hotel Le Milan in Lourdes on Friday, 30th January, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything in detail about the Holy Sanctuary, its locations, the different services, and the exact time schedules, which made my pilgrimage much more meaningful and stress-free.

What truly touched me was the extraordinary kindness they showed when I lost my luggage on the bus. The staff went far beyond what anyone could expect. Mr. Vincent Luxman, in particular, personally called and visited bus depots on my behalf to help locate my luggage, knowing that I had to attend the holy services and could not do so myself.

Their compassion, dedication, and selflessness were overwhelming. They did not treat me like just another guest, but with sincere care and humanity, almost as if they were sent by God at a moment when I truly needed help.

I will always be grateful for their support and kindness, and I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Le Milan to anyone visiting Lourdes.

For the price location is perfect but the room facilities are not that much okay.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Le Milan in September. The room is very small but value for money. It is so well situated, very near to the Sanctuary and other main sites. Also the room and hotel is kept clean and the breakfast (additional €7 per day per person) and dinner (additional €15 per day per person) are really nice. The staff is really welcoming and helpful at all times. Although it was chilly in Lourdes the room has a heater and hot water in the shower.

Very well located hotel, free parking not far away. Friendly and welcoming staff always in a good mood. The hotel is quiet and clean, good bedding! The breakfast is plentiful and varied. We did not try the restaurant for lunch or dinner, it will be for next time. I recommend this hotel which, in my opinion, offers very good value for money!

Please please avoid this hotel. I had a very bad experience the service is very rude and unprofessional. The hotel room is updated nothing is good. When we are sleeping you can hear the top bathroom flash feel thar water from the toilet come to your room. I work in England in the hospitality industry as a Restaurant Manager and I know how to treat the customers. When you had a bad experience in the customer service then you feel very bad. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE 🙏

Lovely and friendly hotel located within 9min walk from Sanctuary and la Grotto. When arrived it was a dinner time and I was able to request a table and dinner that was a 3 course at €15. When arrived there was noone on the reception, but owner assisted after my dinner. I mentioned that I'll be going for Candle procession and was given the code to entre late at night. Very safe walk down the main street.
I had a twin room which was smaller but warm and quiet. The room was clean and with comfy beds and white crispy bedding.
Very good value for money!
