The hotel needs to invest in restoring its former glory. We were probably a bit unlucky in choosing a room. I haven't experienced anything noisier in a long time. A big plus is the cleanliness of the beds and hot water in the shower. As a one-time sleepover on the way to an adventure, I rate it as quite OK.

Great hotel at a very reasonable price. Very clean, the staff was great. Food was ok. Location is incredible. 5 min walk to everywhere. Very quiet. Over all I had a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back next year

The hotel is in good location.. very close to the church. That is the best part of the hotel. Otherwise very small rooms and washroom is small. Hot water comes very late. No ventilation. and breakfast was also okay. For single person its a good affordable hotel but for family its difficult.

Everything was cracked, stains on the ceiling, no white, looked like someone died here. Beds in the most random positions. Heating doesn't work. Everything looks like we judt came out of the war. Worst hotel of my life

It is situated close the the centre which is good however the hotel it self was not great however the staff were helpful but the lack of parking was not great.

I know its cheap hotel but...heating off .very cold inside. Looks like someone done decorating, renovation just after WW2 and never after .They cancel my reservations on booking. com whithout asking me so can save fee .never again.

Absolutely appauling. Reserved a family room, however on arrival was told room had been given to someone else. Offered alternative rooms on 4th floor. On inspection the rooms were so small you couldn't put your suitcase or belongings anywhere. The shower did not work properly. More so the most horrifying thing were the Windows that opened so wide anyone could fall out. With no locks on the Windows we were forced to book another hotel as we were not prepared to risk any of our childrens lives in such a dangerous predicament.
Unbelievable. A complete lack of safety measures.
Disgusting and shocking that they are allowed to run such an establishment. We would rate it a 0 but the rating is a minimum 1 star. Not suitable for families.

They charged me 8€ for an espresso!?!? 😠 These are the kinds of prices I would expect to see in Cannes at the height of festival, not in Lourdes at the beginning of winter.

I came here specifically for the food. I really enjoy the seafood rice from Spain; it's delicious and comes in a generous portion. However, the language barrier is a challenge as it appears they don't speak English. FYI, they do accept card payments.

Our stay at Hotels Vinuales during our pilgrimage to Lourdes was wonderfully surprising. Despite being redirected from Hotel Sainte Rose to Hotel Saint Sauveur due to renovations, the transition was smooth, and we felt well taken care of.

Access to Hotel La Solitude's indoor pool and the discounts offered at the chain's restaurants and shops were delightful bonuses. The hotels' proximity to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes made our spiritual journey convenient, and the cleanliness enhanced our enjoyment.

Visiting Lourdes was an awe-inspiring experience—one that everyone should have. The peace and tranquillity we found there have left a lasting impact on us. We eagerly anticipate reliving these cherished moments on our next visit.

The hotel all in all was great. The rooms were nice, clean and organised. However, the beds were a bit stiff. They had really good air conditioning and the showers were amazing. Plus, cleaners would come in every day to clean it and give us new towels. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the wifi. As soon as you come in, on a colum in the reception there is a poster that says “high speed WiFi”, however at the ground floor you only get a max of 40MB/s and in the room we were in which was the 7th fooor, we only got 2MB/s. For 2 nights the 3 of us paid a total of £293, which did include breakfast. I do think it is a bit overpriced, but if the wifi was as good as they said it was, I would have given them a higher rating.
