Great central location, very clean, and the continental breakfast is surprisingly good. Loved the free coffee machine and water station in the lobby. On the downside, daily room cleaning costs extra, and the check-in (after 15:00) / check-out (before 11:00) times feel a bit strict. A little more guest-friendly flexibility would make the stay even better.

We booked a family room (size 30 qm2). The Hotel gave us a triple room (size 20 qm2) and insisted the triple room is the family room. We requested to change the room, the manager refused and offered us three breakfast for free, actually we paid the breakfast already. That was a chaos!! When I booked the rate given was EUR 108 inclusive of tax, and to pay at property. I did not include breakfast. However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145. No details printed. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We chose it because of its central location and excellent transport links (as you can see in the photo from the window). I recommend it to anyone visiting the Christmas markets. There's a bus and tram stop right outside and to the side of the hotel, which makes it very convenient.

Good location. Although it's a few kilometers from the center, it's located on a main road that makes it very easy to get to and around the city. It's a quiet area. Parking is available at the hotel, another important factor when traveling by car, as we did.

Location is right in the middle of Strasbourg, Old Town. However please check for roadblocks and reserve for parking as we couldn't drive into the city center without permit or parking reservation. Had to park at a nearby facility which is 10 minutes walk.

The location is good. There are many restaurants nearby and a short walk to petite-france. It is a challenge to drive though. As we didn't know there's a need to make a reservation for parking, we got to park somewhere nearby and a walking distance away. Also, google Maps does not bring you to the front of the hotel, needs to do an illegal turn to get to the front of the hotel to unload luggage

Very satisfied. The children like the small bed in the room. There is also a small balcony where you can see the street view of the city center. It is a good experience.

The hotel is very well located, the staff is very helpful and very kind. On the other hand, regarding the room and its facilities, I expected something relatively better compared to the price and the fact that it is a 4-star hotel. The photos are not representative of the room.

The biggest advantage is its proximity to the station. The elevator is small, so be careful if you have luggage. Breakfast is practically nonexistent, it doesn't matter if you go early or late. The restaurant is on the second floor, right next to the stairs, so you won't be sleeping there in the mornings and evenings.

Location wise is very convenient if you're traveling via train coa the main train station is just a minute walk. Staff are friendly and nice.

Very nice hotel and very pleasant service. The only downside was the bedding; this is just my personal opinion, but I didn't sleep much despite the superb setting because the mattress was really, really too soft. Unfortunate, but a firm mattress is very important to me... Thank you for everything else, and if you have a firm mattress option, I will come back as soon as possible.

We had booked 2 superior rooms, on check-in one of the rooms was less than 15 feet from the main entrance and lobby, it had only one window so high that it could not be opened, and A/C was off for the season even though outside temps were warm.

The city center can be reached via tram line A. The stop is a 5-minute walk away and the ride is a 10-minute walk. Very good value for money. Therefore, it's absolutely fine if you don't absolutely need to stay in the city center.

OK stay in the centre of Strasbourg. The studio we had felt a bit claustrophobic. The appartments are a bit dated, although the central location is good. How this gets a 4 star category is a bit mysterious - 3 star would be more appropriate. The staff were great however, and somewhat saved the experience overall.

This is a very old hotel, very expensive, and not worth the cost. We had a suite on the 5th floor. The elevator only goes to the 4th so there were 20 steps to climb each time you went to your room. Super convenient location, close to Strasbourg station and the city centre. Was here over Christmas and it’s just outside the main area which meant our suitcases didn’t need to undergo security check. Room was tiny but clean and staff was friendly. One downside was that there is only 1 lift and during peak hours it was quite slow.
