The hotel's interior is a complete change of scenery. The staff is cheerful and friendly. The rooms and beds are huge. For our next trip to Lyon, we'll be staying at the Mercure Perrache 👍

A very warm welcome, spacious and well-soundproofed room. The mattress was a bit too hard for my tastes... Excellent breakfast and a very generous dinner. Impeccable service, despite the use of a smartbox, which is rare.

The hotel was perfect, the breakfast impeccable. However, the restaurant was a complete disaster: between our order and being served, there was about an hour's wait, the dishes were barely lukewarm, and when we went to order dessert, we were told to hurry because the kitchen closed at 10 pm. Furthermore, the staff were arguing amongst themselves. When it came time to pay, what a hassle! We were a party of ten, and each of us wanted to pay our share and receive a bill: the division was incorrect, resulting in a shortfall of one euro. The stay was from July 8th to 10th, booked through MGEN (a French health insurance provider). I recommend the hotel, but definitely not the restaurant. I gave the hotel a 5-star rating and the restaurant a 0.

Very close to the train station, but a bit tricky to find for first-timers. The facilities are pretty good, and breakfast is plentiful, though I'm not sure why it was so crowded.

The hotel is great. Even the single room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for one person. The service attitude was also excellent. The photos are from after they cleaned the room the next day. The hotel's restaurant food was decent too, and the service was good. Recommended!

This hotel is weird. The room is stayed in had a first and a second door. The first door looked like a service cupboard door. The room was tiny and while there was a nice big windows i guess it used to be a servant's room adjoining a master suite? Not sure, but it was definitely something else before. Anyway the room worked as a bedroom but I wouldn't have wanted to stay there long term other than for the breakfast that was excellent and in a gorgeous room. They also had these nice freshwater dispensers on each floor. The lifts are not coordinated but the art on the stairs made up for having to climb them. In all I would say it was like they had a lovely old building and didn't want to mess with its bones too much. However, in order to make it into a modern functioning hotel they had to make some changes, which then they did a bit sporadically and on the cheap.

Hôtel de l'Europe et du Parc has an absolutely amazing location, right across from the TGV train station. It's walking distance to all the attractions, making transportation a breeze! The Art Nouveau architecture is stunning and perfect for photos. The rooms are well-equipped, the bedding is clean and soft, and there's even a Nespresso machine. The staff are warm and attentive. Some rooms even offer beautiful views of Notre Dame. It's packed with French charm and offers incredible value for money. I'd definitely stay here again!

The hotel is just next to Train station, only 3 minutes walk. Old building (Chateau)but interior decoration very nice. Comfortable but not too much facilities inside hotel.
