Well located and excellent room except for the air conditioner.
The breakfast is top, very good, the room is excellent, the staff is always in good mood and in general the hotel is great, but there are two points to remark for improvement.
1. The air conditioning does not work properly. It was warm, because we stayed there during summer time and the air conditioner simply made some noise but afterwards nothing happened, I guess it was defective, the room was not cooldown as we would wanted it to be to rest properly after a long trip.
2. the parking is to narrow and cars struggle to pass and park.

The hotel is well located nearby Lyon’s Metro bringing us to the city centre only within a few minutes. The Lumiere Institute is also just 5 mins. away from the hotel. The hotel room was humble, a bit outdated.

Great place to stay, eat relax and even work.
Clean room, very quiet, good restaurant and cosy bar.
The service is remarquable: the friendly staff is always eager to do the « little something » which makes you feel at home.

Room ok but bathroom very problematic; shower water difficult to regulate, scalding hot water hard to moderate; toilet placement awkward with toilet paper rolls continually falling off the holders to the floor. Decor bland and functional, surprising in a hotel of this standing.

Service and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for them.

The hotel is quiet and located near a metro stop. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is environmentally focused. The AC was set at 22C which was a bit warm for us. They also do not use single use plastic. The downside is that you cannot take water to drink while exploring. Breakfast is copious and good.

I pitty who goes in the summer...
In general, it´s a good hotel, not exactly walking distance from main attractions but close enough by Metro (4 stops).
The installations are not so great, I would expect much better from a Mercure Hotel, NO AIR CONDITIONING AT ALL, I complained about it and they said there was nothing they could do, we had to sleep with the open window, dealing with the noise of the streets.

Aside from that, good breakfast and a good enough parking.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is kind and respectful. In the pictures the rooms are a bit nicer, but they still look very good. I had an issue at the shower, kept leaking on the floor. I believe it's a known problem, so it needs to be fixed. Overall, great breakfast, very clean, great bed, nice location. Recommend

Coty Hotel
My room wasn't very clean throughout the week. The furniture were in poor condition. The desk was missing an office chair. I had a soft arm-chair that was far too low to work on my laptop. The bathroom smelled really bad, and the ventilation didn't work at all. There was mold all over the shower seals. All of this made my stay unpleasant. I will choose a different hotel in the future.
