The hotel is nice, and the reception staff are very helpful. On the downside, the breakfast fell far short of my expectations for the price.

A beautifully presented hotel.
The room was immaculate, as was everywhere else in the hotel. Oodles of hot water in the well-appointed bathroom. Comfortable bed with good pillows.
The staff cannot be faulted and I'd like to pay a particular compliment to Arthur, on reception when we checked in, for his service which went above and beyond.

Perfect location close to the train station and shops, spacious and very comfortable room, welcoming and discreet staff, very good breakfast

I did not take advantage of the Spa but the hotel is very conveniently located, the rooms and beds are modern but, still quaint and comfortable.

Overall the stay was fine. Needed to change rooms initially because of a noisy generator. Very small fitness area and the sauna/hammam is only accessible for an extra fee. The bed was comfortable, although the water pressure for the shower wasn't great. Staff were nice. Check-out at 12 was convenient.

Hôtel Lovely and clean but ridiculous prices to use facilities or eat within hotel. Location convenient. Parking was not available to us though was on offer through hotel (but inconveniently fully booked)- hotel could have offered reimbursement.
Coffee pot in an inconvenient location of room and not cleaned. Temperature not adjustable from 18 downwards- only warmer.
Disappointed spa and pool were not included in very high price of room.

Pros: good location for walking to old town and the train station. Very friendly staff. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed.

The only drawback is that there's nowhere to hang and store clothes.

The room was tiny despite booking a double comfort room with a balcony... The bed was comfortable and the Nespresso machine was very useful. Complimentary bottled water and excellent toiletries were provided.
