Room was clean but much older looking as opposed to what photos reflects. Super noisy at all level. Outside truck deliveries during very early morning, night time parties, day time constructions. Walls are so thin that you can hear all the other rooms, above room, left room, right side room. There is basically noise at all times.

The hotel service was very good. It was clean and the view was good. The receptionist was friendly and the cleaning staff was friendly. However, the soundproofing was a bit lacking, which was disappointing.

The room had air conditioning, which worked perfectly. The hotel's location is also fantastic, making it super convenient to get around with two subway stations nearby. They offer luggage storage at the front desk, and the service was excellent; we felt completely comfortable leaving our room keys with them every day when we went out, without any concerns.

My daughter and I stayed twice in two weeks as we arrived from London, and subsequently returned from Barcelona by train. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were comfortable and the location couldn't have been better, although this isn't the nicest neighborhood in Paris. 100 percent would stay again.

Starting with the bad, this place was NOT Tourist friendly by any stretch. Fabien at the front desk was by far the worst customer service experience I have had in or out of the US. Stayed 2 nights at the Hotel du Triangle d'Or and enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly and spoke English which was helpful for us.
