The location is great, near the Arc de Triomphe, just an 18-minute walk away. Both the metro and bus stations are very close by. The staff provided excellent service. The only downside was the lack of a coffee machine in the room.

Came to the hotel to attend conference at Palais de congress which is literally across the street from the hotel (less than 100 meters). So location was perfect for my needs. It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious and something to look forward to every day. The room was not particularly spacious, just average. The only thing that bothered me was a crack in the bathtub, but the room was generally clean and good for families with babies.

My main purpose for this trip to France was shopping, so I stayed right next to Galleries Lafayette. The hotel is quite old, but the rooms have all been renovated, so it feels very new and the interior design is beautiful. The famous Café de la Paix is located within the hotel, which is very convenient for guests. The service was exceptionally good, I have to give them a special shout-out.

This is the largest hotel room I've stayed in during a business trip to Paris. Getting around is also convenient, with the Metro Line 14 just a 3-minute walk away. There are several restaurants around the metro exit, and the three I tried were all excellent choices.

Pleasant hotel in an easy to reach part of Paris, lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was nice. We were disappointed to find there was no coffee machine in the room which every Pullman I've stayed in has had. There is only a kettle and 2 instant coffee sachets per day, and 2 bottles of water. Having teaspoons and wine glasses in the room would've been handy also

Nice hotel.has great amenties for kids. This guy that checked us in was amazing. Helped us plan our trip by pointing a few places to visit. Gave out some kids activity bags. What a lovely hotel. Everyone there have made our stay wonderful. The 1920 is a beautiful restaurant and the morning breakfast is lovely and the staff go over the top to make your meal enjoyable. Try the Hot Chocolate.

We regularly stay at this hotel for our Parisian weekends. The property is always a pleasant place to stay. Just one minor point regarding the spa: the hot tub was out of order, and the steam room could use a bit of a refresh.

No water in the unit. The bedding was disappointing; the duvet was stained despite having a clean cover. The wellness area was also disappointing. Only one of the two hammam cabins was functional, and its condition left much to be desired. The pool offered little privacy, as it was overlooked by the restaurant.

Decent hotel, clean and new for convenience to Gare du Nord

The hotel's location is great, very close to Paris Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, and it's surprisingly quiet despite that. However, the surrounding area feels a bit sketchy, and there's a lot of construction going on, making the exterior of the hotel look untidy. Inside, though, the hotel and rooms are quite clean.

This was the 4th hotel I stayed at in Paris this trip, and it was the most comfortable and best. I was so curious about the architecture because it's right next to the train station, yet there's absolutely no train noise, and it has great facilities. The price was reasonable too. Mandarin Oriental, always my top choice and a brand I adore. I landed early in the morning and my room wasn't ready yet, so I headed to the breakfast restaurant. I figured I'd have to pay since I hadn't checked in, but they waived the charge! It wasn't a huge amount, but it was such a thoughtful and warm gesture. My stay was amazing at the Mandarin Oriental, the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. At night the rooms are very quiet , you would almost forget you are in a busy city like Paris.
