The location is great, near the Arc de Triomphe, just an 18-minute walk away. Both the metro and bus stations are very close by. The staff provided excellent service. The only downside was the lack of a coffee machine in the room.

Is really close to bus station and metro station and the location is super safe. There are several buses that directly stop to the bus station nearby the hotel with just 5 mins walk max. The pictures include is the view you can see right outside the hotel door.

My main purpose for this trip to France was shopping, so I stayed right next to Galleries Lafayette. The hotel is quite old, but the rooms have all been renovated, so it feels very new and the interior design is beautiful. The famous Café de la Paix is located within the hotel, which is very convenient for guests. The service was exceptionally good, I have to give them a special shout-out.

This is the largest hotel room I've stayed in during a business trip to Paris. Getting around is also convenient, with the Metro Line 14 just a 3-minute walk away. There are several restaurants around the metro exit, and the three I tried were all excellent choices.

Pleasant hotel in an easy to reach part of Paris, lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was nice. We were disappointed to find there was no coffee machine in the room which every Pullman I've stayed in has had. There is only a kettle and 2 instant coffee sachets per day, and 2 bottles of water. Nice hotel.has great amenties for kids. This guy that checked us in was amazing. Helped us plan our trip by pointing a few places to visit. Gave out some kids activity bags. We regularly stay at this hotel for our Parisian weekends. The property is always a pleasant place to stay. Just one minor point regarding the spa: the hot tub was out of order, and the steam room could use a bit of a refresh.

No water in the unit. The bedding was disappointing; the duvet was stained despite having a clean cover. The wellness area was also disappointing. Only one of the two hammam cabins was functional, and its condition left much to be desired. The pool offered little privacy, as it was overlooked by the restaurant.

It's a nice hotel, but the water is not good. The shower room drain was clogged and the water was not able to flow properly, so the room was almost flooded. The sink was also clogged and the water quickly filled up. The gym smelled like sewage.
