Excellent hotel, very central location. 30min walk to Eiffel Tower.
First of all, the lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the location is excellent. Room amenities are replenished daily, which is a nice touch. The room size is reasonable, and cleanliness is very well maintained — great job to the housekeeping team. One of the highlights is the gym, which offers a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. The gym also has a coffee machine, which is quite unique and not something...
Excellent place, with welcoming staff. I will definitely return to this hotel.
Excellent! The location is superb! Couldn't find a hotel for New Year's Eve 2026, and stumbled upon this one near the Arc de Triomphe – the price wasn't outrageous! Considering many hotels hike up their prices several times over during New Year's, this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast here is incredibly rich and the dining area is spacious. The hotel itself is quite large, but the management...
The location is great, near the Arc de Triomphe, just an 18-minute walk away. Both the metro and bus stations are very close by. The staff provided excellent service. The only downside was the lack of a coffee machine in the room.
Came to the hotel to attend conference at Palais de congress which is literally across the street from the hotel (less than 100 meters). So location was perfect for my needs. The hotel is also located very nearby to public transit - light rail, metro and such. The hotel itself, while under renovations, was very good and I did not feel any disturbances from the renovations. Room was spacious and clean...

Nothing too noteworthy. You get what you paid for. It is as advertised.
I stayed at Hôtel du Collectionneur from January 19–21, and the experience truly surpassed my expectations. The hotel itself is stunning, and my room was superb—beautifully appointed, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What surprised me the most, however, was the exceptional level of service. In a hotel of this size, service can sometimes feel impersonal, but that was absolutely not the case...
We had the most incredible stay at Hotel du Collectionneur and couldn’t recommend it more. Even before we arrived, the service was exceptional. Giulia, the Duty Manager, went above and beyond via email and WhatsApp to help me organise a surprise for my girlfriend. From champagne and rose petals in the room, to an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade, everything was handled so thoughtfully...
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome and valued. The service throughout was exceptional. A very special shoutout to Yohann from the breakfast room – his customer service is truly phenomenal! He went above and beyond to take care of our whole family, always greeting us with a warm smile and ensuring we had everything we needed...
Where do I even start?! I have been to many hotels all around the world, almost 10-12 per year. But the attention me and my group of friends received at Hotel du collectionneur despite it being a busy season was exceptional. I brought 13 of my friends for my 40th birthday trip and they made sure we left with great memories. The deluxe suite I booked was at the top floor and has an amazing view of the...
We stayed at this beautiful hotel as a group of 13 during our Christmas trip to Paris, and our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. A big thank you to the team for all the arrangements made in advance - everything was perfectly organised. They even helped me to deliver a Christmas card to each member of the group at check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated by everyone...

I stayed here again. The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the toilet flush was hard to press and the water flow wasn't strong enough, and the sink tap also had low water pressure. But these minor issues...
My main purpose for this trip to France was shopping, so I stayed right next to Galleries Lafayette. The hotel is quite old, but the rooms have all been renovated, so it feels very new and the interior design is beautiful. The famous Café de la Paix is located within the hotel, which is very convenient for guests. The service was exceptionally good, I have to give them a special shout-out.
I initially had a concern that left me somewhat dissatisfied. However, Valentin handled the matter with great professionalism and genuine care. He listened attentively, addressed the issue respectfully, and managed to turn my dissatisfaction into complete satisfaction. I truly appreciate his courteous approach and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Beautiful and grand. It’s centrally located so very convenient to travel to other parts of Paris or take a stroll nearby. Room is nice and comfortable for the three of us.
The location is good. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable.

High standards of service. Large and comfortable rooms.
Great hotel for family. Lobby level has a lot activities for family. Very convenient location. The breakfast restaurant is a bit crowded and food tables arrangements are a bit disorganized. You have to order your own coffee, however, the service is very good. Room offer free water, refill as many as you want. Level 1 has a pool, you need to book for your time slot. Overall, I would highly recommend...
This is the largest hotel room I've stayed in during a business trip to Paris. Getting around is also convenient, with the Metro Line 14 just a 3-minute walk away. There are several restaurants around the metro exit, and the three I tried were all excellent choices.
Check in was straightforward and the room was very nice and modern. Comfortable beds and all expected amenities available inclusive of kettle and coffee machine. The one thing which tarred the experience was one evening their was no hot water. The staff was unable to fix on the night which resulted in us having to take a lukewarm shower which wasn't very pleasant. Staff did try hard to compensate...
Pleasant hotel in an easy to reach part of Paris, lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was nice. We were disappointed to find there was no coffee machine in the room which every Pullman I've stayed in has had. There is only a kettle and 2 instant coffee sachets per day, and 2 bottles of water. Having teaspoons and wine glasses in the room would've been handy also
Nice hotel.has great amenties for kids. This guy that checked us in was amazing. Helped us plan our trip by pointing a few places to visit. Gave out some kids activity bags. Some restaurant staff were nice and helpful. Some not so much. Would continue their conversion even though you ask for help. The carpets could do with a refresh. Overall not a bad hotel.

Great location, friendly for people who are not tourists and who participate in normal Parisian daily lives, close to Bon marché, train stations, etc. Rooms are gracious and comfortable. Staff members are professional and courteous. Very quality all over.
Stayed a couple of nights here - and the hotel more than delivered. From the moment your cab arrived at the hotel, multiple doormen would come to take care of you and the luggage. I am very satisfied with everything. I will do my best to come back and stay again!
The food is pretty good, breakfast is average, and the wine shop service is great.
This is my favorite hotel in Paris right now. It has all the latest amenities, including a Dyson hair dryer, wireless charger, and Bluetooth speakers. The only problem is that it's always packed.
Treated myself on the last night of a Paris birthday trip, the team spoilt us to the moon knowing that it was my birthday. Nobody else celebrates birthdays like Plaza Athénée Paris. And highly recommend you to book the Avenue Montaigne room, totally worth the magical experience!
The hotel is gorgeous, with red and red ornaments, carved beams and painted buildings. Since my room was not available when I arrived, I was given a free upgrade to a suite that cost more than three times the price. The service was also excellent!

Excellent choice for short city break! Breakfast was good, clean rooms, nice little pool and general service was very good. I stayed in family room which worked really well with 2 kids!
We booked 2 rooms for a long weekend. We booked two twin rooms, but got a double and a twin. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the hotel is well located. We regularly stay at this hotel for our Parisian weekends. The property is always a pleasant place to stay. Just one minor point regarding the spa: the hot tub was out of order, and the steam room could use a bit of a refresh.
Dear Team at Oceania Paris de Porte Hotel, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we received during our recent stay at your hotel. No water in the unit. The bedding was disappointing; the duvet was stained despite having a clean cover. The wellness area was also disappointing. The hotel has a great and convenient location, and the tablet-based ordering and room service in the rooms are very convenient and fast. I would definitely choose Peninsula again next time. Overall, I had a great experience.
I felt the service was really poor. I don't know if I happened to arrive there or if that's just their style. There was no smile at all during the entire check-in process. Also, Peninsula is a real business hotel. Can you tolerate having a printer in the room?
My experience with The Peninsula Paris can be summed up in two words: a big, expensive place that bullies customers! While I didn't encounter any major issues during my five-night stay, some details didn't live up to the Peninsula brand's reputation and were far from my previous experience at The Peninsula in Tokyo. First, on my check-in day, I went to the front desk at 3:30 PM and was told my room...

Both the room and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was also delicious. We had a wonderful time.
Great service. Great room. High ceilings and luxurious decoration. We had the best sleep. The bed was so comfy. We only wish that the gym could be bigger.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Opéra Garnier and major shopping malls, with a metro station just a three-minute walk away! They offer a wide variety of breakfast options, and the staff are friendly. The hotel environment is comfortable and the hygiene is excellent!
This hotel has a lot of character; the environment and service are both excellent, definitely worth staying at! The location is also superb, very unique, and transportation is super convenient. The hotel facilities are also very well-maintained.
I’m not sure if Paris is just expensive in general, but… this place doesn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel. There’s a musty, almost moldy smell in the room, and the water pressure is so low that it took me forever to take a shower. 😩 But then again, the last 5-star hotel I stayed at didn’t even have hot water, so… I guess low water pressure is something I can live with. One of the best places I have stayed in, among the last 18 days in France. Let me begin with the service. Despite the heavy snow going on, the concierge stayed outside to carry all our luggage with smiles and advised us on how/where to park… At the Peacock bar, Mr Leon was an amazing host , extremely helpful in all our various enquiries! Perfect concierges on top of his waiter skills. (I would say...
I was a bit scared because it turned out to be the building right across the street. The front desk service was excellent, but the hotel itself is a bit old. However, it's very convenient, located right next to the Palace of Versailles, and you can even buy tickets directly there.
The Waldorf in Versailles, a charming hotel nestled just outside Paris, offers a delightful stay. During my recent return visit, I was pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade to a spacious junior suite, a thoughtful gesture that appreciated my diamond status. The room and bathroom were generously sized, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. A highlight of my stay was the new swimming pool area...
A heaven of wellbeing just 30min from Paris! I had an amazing stay at the Trianon Palace Versailles: room was big and clean, team members went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, food was amazingly good. Not forgetting to mention the swimming pool! All in all I had a wonderfully restful stay!
Mixed experience, Reception team, Spa/Pool team & breakfast team all amazing. Room in the Palace just perfect. The issue we found was that the bar and restaurant teams are not attentive and seem to actively want to not serve people. Waited 15 minutes to attempt to order as drink ended up walking out. 2nd occasion sat at table and then not served for 20 minutes.
Definitely had charm of a palace and loved the location. When we were there, the weather was unusually HOT (close to 100F) so AC on the fifth floor was barely keeping up. We asked the room service lady for additional room fans and she went on an adventure to get it. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We had a private event at the Bristol Hotel. - Location is great at the busy and sublime Faubourg St Honoré. - It was Christmas season so the hotel was wonderfully decorated - The service at the event was very good If you are wondering why it is 4/5 it is simply that the food at the event was average . Decent hotel, clean and new for convenience to Gare du Nord
The hotel's location is great, very close to Paris Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, and it's surprisingly quiet despite that. However, the surrounding area feels a bit sketchy, and there's a lot of construction going on, making the exterior of the hotel look untidy. Inside, though, the hotel and rooms are quite clean.
This was the 4th hotel I stayed at in Paris this trip, and it was the most comfortable and best. I was so curious about the architecture because it's right next to the train station, yet there's absolutely no train noise, and it has great facilities. The price was reasonable too. Highly recommend it! I'd definitely choose it again next time.
nothing but praises for this hotel! the hotel is located right next to the main station in paris and near metros. it is a relatively new hotel and well furnished with necessities (body wash, shampoo, etc.). the toilet is separate from the shower area and 2 person can use at once. there is even a small basin for washing of hands after using the toilet. the bed and area feels clean and comfortable...

Mandarin Oriental, always my top choice and a brand I adore. I landed early in the morning and my room wasn't ready yet, so I headed to the breakfast restaurant. I figured I'd have to pay since I hadn't checked in, but they waived the charge! It wasn't a huge amount, but it was such a thoughtful and warm gesture. The service is truly impeccable and heartwarming. So grateful!
The room was average, but rather dark overall. The hallway felt like a typical chain five-star hotel, not at all like a hotel in this price range. Staff service was acceptable, and they responded promptly.

An exceptional afternoon tea at Camélia. The desserts were refined and perfectly balanced — delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, with plenty of space to relax. Our server, Paul, provided impeccable service: attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable. A truly memorable experience from start to finish.
My stay was amazing at the Mandarin Oriental, the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. At night the rooms are very quiet , you would almost forget you are in a busy city like Paris. The location is great for restaurants & amazing shopping, and is very safe to walk at night , the soap , shampoo & body wash smells amazing as well.
It’s not worth the nightly rate we paid
