First day we had their breakfast, we weren’t sure what to eat there since we heard there was “hot food”. So we asked the lady “is this for continental breakfast?”, “Is this also continental breakfast?”, and “is that also continental?” She said yes for our questions.
Everything (including sausage they had) was cold so we didn’t think that was “hot food”.
So we had the same meals for 3 days and we got charged 16 euro per person a day. We complained thru email since the front desk guy said he couldn’t help us. They emailed us back “I saw you were eating buffer, so unfortunately no, you don’t get a refund”. and stopped emailing me back.
The food is cold and bad. You could have way better breakfast near the hotel.
